They have Kurasawa sake (the best). The food is quick and so fresh. Their Buddha’s Feast/“Delight” is excellent — they use the right veggies sautéed in such a good sauce. Service is great. Hands down, one of the best places to eat at Pechanga.
We stopped going over a year ago because food very tasteless. WOW we tried it again this week and every dish was EXCELLENT, they obviously got a new head chef who knows what he's doing. Lobster fried rice awesome.
The Peking duck also a must order.
Are you feeling that hunger after winning all that money at the casino? Or need a bit of luck without rubbing Buddhas head when perhaps losing a bit of money? Then this is the place to go to satisfy and take a break when you’re at Pechanga Casino.
Located near the hotel, you’ll find this restaurant. They have mostly all the Chinese food you could be craving. It’s not the best Chinese food I’ve had, but it’s pretty decent for where you’re at.

Blazing Noodles at Pechanga Resort Casino is a convenient spot near the hotel for Chinese food cravings. It is a place to satisfy hunger and take a break while at the casino. Reviews note the food can be very tasteless or excellent, with some diners believing there is a new head chef. Dishes called excellent or superb include Lobster fried rice, Peking duck, Yang Chow Fried Rice, Salt and Pepper wings, Roasted Duck, Bok Choy, wonton soup, Mongolian beef, and the recommended Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin. Other sampled items like coconut shrimp, pork belly, dumplings, and duck noodle soup were fine but sometimes lacked punch, depth, or rich flavor, with seasoning often muted. The restaurant is considered little pricey, though the food is well worth it to many. The dining hall is extremely organized, and facilities are clean. Service receives praise for being very attentive, excrement helpful, and fast with much hospitality, even when the restaurant seems understaffed or very busy. The layout is noted as accessible. Overall, it is pretty decent for where you are at, with some meals feeling just okay and others compelling enough for a return visit.
