Food was delicious. We had the lo mein noodles, yang chow fried rice, salt and pepper shrimp, Kung Pao chicken, and stir fry string beans. Even though the food was 5/5, the service sucked. They started by only bringing out 2 dishes but half of our table was missing their personal individual plates, so they couldn't eat. We asked for them, and finally got the plates. Our server forgot one of our drinks, and we told another server and she just said, "I'll let your server know"....read full review
In general, the service and food at this eatery has declined over a 6-7 year timeframe. The prices have steadily gone up while the portions have declined in size. Service can vary depending on customer patronage at the time of the week and after an onsite event e.g. concert or holiday celebration. The front desk by the entrance can also be a chokepoint in terms of reserving a table or checking in for one. Did a takeout on a Wednesday around 3pm. The restaurant was 1/2 full, but the staff was busy, so there was a line of 3 parties outside the front door. We had the 2 1/2lb lobster with scallions and ginger and seafood chow fun. Both were delicious. Note: The attached photo only shows one of the two lobster containers.
