Our second visit did not disappoint. The food was delicious, service outstanding and ambience perfection. We will be back and anticipate each visit will be a wonderful experience!
love the patio side.... quiet, easy to converse and they have heaters if you need them... Chilean Sea Bass---order it... same with Seafood Linguine... lobster, shrimp and scallops--killer dishes.... empanadas are also great with the butter leaf salad.... Great staff... great dining experience !
Great experience as always at Bolero. Food is amazing, staff was friendly and helpful as well. Ended up joining the wine club and cooking club during lunch.
We are members and took our son and daughter-in-law to Europa for the first time. We had great wine and Bolero was wonderful, as we have eaten there several times. We ordered several items which we shared and they loved the food and the entire winery.
Very nice girlfriend birthday lunch! Octopus and garlic shrimp were exceptional! Thank you Chef Hany and the professional servers!
Absolutely love this restaurant. Paella is my go to order most of the time. Best I have had anywhere. Tapas are also excellent. Love the sangria.
Truly, an amazing restaurant with an innovative menu. Was pleasantly surprised on how they did their roasted brussels sprouts, roasting just the leaves individually. Have not seen this at any other restaurant. Also, the way they served their New York strip steak, cut into sections and then placed on top of the sauce added wonderful flavors and odors. I truly wonderful experience and definitely a place that my wife and I will come back.
Fantastic food and outstanding service, Logan was our server and he did a fantastic job covering all food details and wine pairing. Well done
Vera was a WONDERFUL server!!! She was attentive, kind, and prompt!!! I had the buffet, just continue it to at least 2pm, if not 3pm on a Sunday. I think Bolero misses out by not having a set time. Management needs to do a lot better on this. Can't tell the chefs to cook more food, change the closing time of the buffet without informing the servers and customers, then blame the chefs for food left over. The server by the prime rib did an excellent job!!! He judges where he's at with the food, and kindly asks if customers want another slice as the time gets close to closing- maybe he should be the manager as he understands and is there watching what's going on? I could just feel some tension with the management demands of chefs. But, ALL the food was DELICIOUS!!! The ahi tuna literally melted in my mouth; the empanadas were the best I ever tasted- flavorful with just the right amount of heat, not dominating the other spices and the meat; the salmon with the tomato sauce was perfection; and the brisket dish and shrimp pasta were masterful in flavor and texture!!! Dessert gets a nod as well- well done!!! The atmosphere is one of being comfortable and yet, energetic at the same time. I highly recommend this restaurant- oh, I almost forgot to mention, my friend had the lamb and banana brûlée- both items were AMAZING!!! You will enjoy whatever you order...so bon appetite!!!
I gave one star because of their lousy reservation system and lack of hosted assistance, which they dont honor my selection that I requested for indoor seating (via OpenTable). This happens to me multiple times. The food is excelent and of good quality.

Food was amazing as always! Jeri our server was knowledgeable and very helpful when ordering. Wine was so good! 🥂
Great first visit. Food was very good, prices were fair, but, our server Adrian was spectacular- his advice and knowledge of your menu and wines was unmatched. Learned more from home than most at any winery. Hope to come back at some point
The food was amazing . We had calamari to start with seafood linguine and seafood and chorizo paella. We ordered the Cabernet from the winery and it did not disappoint! Ended up joining the wine club. Service was also exceptional.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience for lunch. We sat outside on the patio, beautiful atmosphere. The food, wine and service was amazing! I highly recommend Bolero for a date or special occasion.
