Opentable Diner

Amazing appetizers and wine, experienced service. Crowded on a Saturday afternoon as this gem has been discovered.

We intended to have a full dinner but didn't make it past the tapas, there were too many that sounded too good to pass up. We had the Cauliflower, Churrasco and the Matador Sliders, everything was prepared fresh and had great flavor combinations. The wine flight is great if you can't decide. We went back for breakfast and highly recommend the yogurt/fruit bowl and the churros. The yogurt is flavored but not sweet so the fruit flavor can shine. The churro are freshly fried, super airy and light, served with a spanish-style chocolate sauce to dip. Those two things were enough for two people.

My husband declared their ceviche the best he's had outside of Peru. Every dish we had was delicious. I can't recommend their brussels sprouts more. I have tried to emulate them and can't our server. Marlene was well trained and lovely.

Our waitress was pleasant and cheerful. The Caesar salad was wrapped in Jicama which was different but very tasty. The salmon & Ahi tuna was prepared in a coconut and was so delicious. I will definitely make this side dish for the holidays. My friends and I will definitely come back

We have never been there before. We went because advertised a Speak Easy called Fang during the month of October, open Th-Sun. We moved our initial reservation from Wednesday to Thursday so it would be open. We kept trying from 7:00 pm until 7:45 pm the doors were closed. Bolero restaurant was ok but a limited selection of Tapas was available I would not rate it highly against other tapas restaurants in the area. Selection was limited and it was quite expensive, which we would have been fine with if there was more selection. The decor was bland. It could have been any restaurant. I'm used to Tapas places actually trying to look like you are in Spain. We felt like we were eating in a canteen. Not going back.

Our food was delicious and the breakfast was reasonably priced. We went for my husbands birthday breakfast and he was happy with the experience. Our server (I believe her name was Andrea- pretty wears glasses if that's not her name) was awesome! Highly Recommend Bolero for breakfast.

I did a quick check for availability in the mid afternoon, and luckily they had an available table at 4:45 PM for 4 people. This was our second trip to Bolero for a birthday gathering, and they again provided a wonderful evening, great food, and service that is friendly, courteous, and very attentive. Will definitely have more meals there, it was relaxing and the food was exactly what we were looking for.... Ordered way to many appetizers - Brussel Sprouts, Calamari, Scallops, Mushrooms, Chicken Empanadas, Ham and Cheese tray, Crouquetas - all had great flavors and side sauces. Coupled it with the Monastrel Red from the winery and we were full before getting the main Tour order - a Tomahawk with Paella - we opted for the Filet Mignon Paella version. Nice table presentation and fun for our table and the tables around us... finished with 4 desserts (Coconut Flan, Dulce De Leche, Passion Fruit Mousse Cake, and Banana Brulee). Table voted the Flan the best, I was not in the majority - my fave was the Dulce De Leche, but I definitely have a bias toward chocolate! Definitely had some leftovers! Our main server was Logan - very friendly and explained all our options in detail and suggested things we could do for adding items for the family style / shared approach. Hope we get back up there and have him help us out again. Looking forward to our next visit - go for the food, there is wine tasting as well and walking the grounds was great. There are tours of the grounds, but we will have to do that on the next visit!

Not a lot of options for food during the Brunch all you can eat. Place gets crowded and it's poorly done for buffet style. The price of this experience is overpriced.

Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon and evening. Parking was a little hectic but food and drinks were great. Service was a little slow due to being extremely busy Alex at the bar was really very good and helpful. Taylor was our server and very polite and courteous. Overall a very good experience for Saturday afternoon and evening

Loved their food and ambience. Their Pulpo with black lentils is a must-have, and you can never go wrong with their paella. I keep coming back here whenever I'm in town.

I was very disappointed, considering I had read so many five star reviews. inside the restaurant was way too noisy. We sat on the outside patio where it felt cold.. Pam was our server and she was wonderful. The food was very disappointed. We ordered the halibut and I must say the halibut was absolutely delicious but the two purple potatoes that came with it was very dry. We also ordered the chicken empanadas and would never order them again. They were also dry and tasteless. We ordered the carrots there was nothing special about them and really not enjoyable. There were so hard. We could not cut them with a knife and fork.

The whole experience was exceptional. The chef even came out to our table to make sure everyone was having a good time.
