Bolero Ristorante at Europa Village is an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere, service, and food all come together to make every visit special. Chef Hani Ali is at the heart of it – his dishes are creative, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. And don't forget about the incredible Europa Village wines, which pair perfectly with the food and make the whole experience unforgettable. What really makes Chef Hani Ali stand out is his heart for the community. He recently worked with our Boy Scout troop to help them earn their Cooking Merit Badge, taking the time to inspire and teach the kids. That generosity, paired with his incredible culinary skill, shows the kind of leader and chef he is. Europa Village is lucky to have him, and so are the guests who get to enjoy his food. If you're looking for unforgettable dining, world-class wines, and genuine hospitality, Bolero Ristorante is the place to go.
We decided to go here for my husband's birthday. He loves a good tomahawk steak. Our reservations were for 6:30 and they finally tried to seat us at 6:48pm. They tried to seat us outside but I requested indoor not outdoor. This happened the last time I made reservations as well. They gave us a clean table indoors . We ordered the tomahawk steak first then sea bass and a few tapas. Every thing came with in 25 minutes except for the steak my daughter and husband were going to share. An hour passed and we asked our waiter where our steak was. He went back to the kitchen and we can see him fumbling thru slips of paper and heard him tell the kitchen staff just “start it now.” By now it's close to 8:00pm and they're starving. My husband calls the waiter over and asks for the check. Waiter says “they're working on it now and it takes 46 minutes.” It doesn't state it takes 45 minutes for the steak, only the paella. My husband told him it's been over an hour and kindly asked for the check. He and my daughter were hungry. They ended up at Taco Bell for dinner for his birthday. Worst birthday ever!
Great dinner! The food was fabulous. Service was pretty good. Little slow --- but very happy and friendly. The food though? 100% on point. :)
We shared about 8 different tapas. Every one of them was outstanding !!! Will be back soon .
The food was unusual (Spanish tapas and paella), the server was exceptional and the ambiance was inviting. Highly recommended but incredibly worth the praises.
We have been going to Bolero for many years and we have always been satisfied. However, yesterday everything was off we were getting dirty plates and dirty glasses, and the food was just not good. There were some change in the menu and they were certainly not like we used to have them. The chef put bell paper on every single dishes and both and my husband and I end up being sick during the night. That's very sad because Temecula good dining is extremely limited anyway we won't go back to Buray. That's for sure.
Excellent food and service! So glad we visited. We had tapas and enjoyed everything we tried.
We made a reservation for my birthday and what a beautiful experience . Everything was so good . Our server was so kind and chef went above and beyond . He even came out to see how everything was . I'm so happy we decided to enjoy breakfast there .
We choose to return to Bolero because we enjoyed the first time. The tapas are diverse and its hard to choose - but we managed. The staff is excellent.
Amazing appetizers and wine, experienced service. Crowded on a Saturday afternoon as this gem has been discovered.

We intended to have a full dinner but didn't make it past the tapas, there were too many that sounded too good to pass up. We had the Cauliflower, Churrasco and the Matador Sliders, everything was prepared fresh and had great flavor combinations. The wine flight is great if you can't decide. We went back for breakfast and highly recommend the yogurt/fruit bowl and the churros. The yogurt is flavored but not sweet so the fruit flavor can shine. The churro are freshly fried, super airy and light, served with a spanish-style chocolate sauce to dip. Those two things were enough for two people.
My husband declared their ceviche the best he's had outside of Peru. Every dish we had was delicious. I can't recommend their brussels sprouts more. I have tried to emulate them and can't our server. Marlene was well trained and lovely.
Our waitress was pleasant and cheerful. The Caesar salad was wrapped in Jicama which was different but very tasty. The salmon & Ahi tuna was prepared in a coconut and was so delicious. I will definitely make this side dish for the holidays. My friends and I will definitely come back
We have never been there before. We went because advertised a Speak Easy called Fang during the month of October, open Th-Sun. We moved our initial reservation from Wednesday to Thursday so it would be open. We kept trying from 7:00 pm until 7:45 pm the doors were closed. Bolero restaurant was ok but a limited selection of Tapas was available I would not rate it highly against other tapas restaurants in the area. Selection was limited and it was quite expensive, which we would have been fine with if there was more selection. The decor was bland. It could have been any restaurant. I'm used to Tapas places actually trying to look like you are in Spain. We felt like we were eating in a canteen. Not going back.
Our food was delicious and the breakfast was reasonably priced. We went for my husbands birthday breakfast and he was happy with the experience. Our server (I believe her name was Andrea- pretty wears glasses if that's not her name) was awesome! Highly Recommend Bolero for breakfast.
