All great except the price - two of us shared a large steak with sides and a bottle of wine and it was over $300 plus tip!

The food was excellent for our group of 10 however, the food for two in our group was very delayed. Also, they couldn't accommodate separate checks which most places now are willing to do.

If you’re looking for a great European wine and food experience then come to Europa Village. With 3 styles (Spanish,Italian, and French) you will find more than one bottle you like. And, the food at Bolero is amazing. Try the tapas. Definitely 5

This is one of those restaurants that keeps you coming back. It is a beautiful location, and the food....... amazing! I recommend the paella and the grilled octopus. I can eat those everyday. And the wine is fabulous. We have had issues with service but, I think they just don't know what to do when someone orders the paella, it takes about 30-40 minutes, so they avoid the table till then. No big deal because it allows us time to converse but, other people might not like that.

We dined here for dinner and we thought it was such a lovely and romantic Spanish styled restaurant. The service was amazing and our waitress even provided suggestions on wine selection. Which I thought was very helpful. We ordered the pork belly as an appetizer and found the pieces to be more crispy and hard in texture than what we expected. I specifically wanted to try the seafood paella, amazing! Plenty of seafood and so rich in flavors. It was a tad on the overseasoned "salty" side for me but I complimented it with wine. Overall and great dinning experience.

Terrible service. My meal came 30 minutes before everyone else. Won't be back.

I am so ecstatic that this place was open on a busy Easter day! They have indoor seating and outdoor seating and also bar seating! I sat outside, and they had nice heaters out. I love that they offered a Yaya, and it was a musket! The salad was not impressive! I probably would avoid getting that. And the meat on the appetizer was super dry. The lamb also could be a little bit more flavor and push realize it was very small! But the service he was amazing. I loved our waitress. She was very sweet and helpful.

Loved Bolero Such a beautiful place. The food was great and the drinks too. We sat outside in the patio at night It was cold but they have heaters, we were here in December during the holidays If you go by and try the wineries near by I would suggest to make a reservation here and enjoy this place

Very good small plates menu with different and delicious offerings . The service was first class and our server was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and wine list. We will definitely visit again.

Fair prices for what you get. Not great, not horrible. Service is stretched and slow. It took 45 to get wine served. Food came before wine.

Bolero was such an amazing experience from start to finish! My boyfriend made reservations for 7:30pm on a Sunday and we had no issues with getting seated. The host also offered to show us the outdoor section before we decided on sitting inside. Our server Zach was super friendly and had such good recommendations! We started off with the ceviche which was AMAZING!! It was perfectly balanced and we loved the variety of seafood in the dish. So many "mmms" were said while eating this lol! We also had the potato croquettes on top of braised short rib. The outside of the potato was perfectly crispy and the inside was super soft. The garlic aioli drizzled on top was on the saltier side, but it didn't ruin the dish. The star of the show was definitely the Paella de Bolero! It had so much flavor from the mix of seafood and chorizo. The rice was cooked to perfection and it was super moist. We squeezed the lemon over our rice which added a nice touch to the dish. Honestly it's probably the best paella I've ever had in my life! We saw the the Chef interacting with a couple of tables around us and he seemed very welcoming. We could tell from these genuine interaction that he's super friendly and well-respected. From beginning to end, the service and experience of this restaurant was phenomenal! Definitely will have to revisit again when we're in the Temecula area!

Bolero is a unique dining experience. Great food and wine in a relatively small restaurant. My favorite in Temecula wine country!

Brunch buffet. I'm not a fan of buffets unless it's in Vegas. But decided to give this place a try. It's a little pricy for the variety of food. But loved the omelette station and the food was more like Spain type of food. Nonetheless the food was good. Loved that we were able to sit outside because inside was kind of dark and stuffy. Not sure exactly who our server was. the female server she was attentive and quick. The male server made it seem like we were bothering him when we asked for napkins and refills. Plus side drinks were complimentary. Also not sure what he saw, but he came over and sort of yelled at us and said no dogs on the table.. our dogs were in their respective strollers standing up. So I'm not sure if he needs to check his eyes first before telling us something but I found that incredibly rude of him. Our dogs were in their strollers not on the table and we didn't feed them on the table. We fed them in their strollers. I don't think we will be coming back here to eat at the restaurant but maybe get the Togo food upstairs on the other side of the winery. Also beware, if you make reservations for 9 people they will charge you base off reservation number so make sure you are being charged correctly. Because we had 9 adults and one toddler and they charged us for the toddler who didn't even eat. So we had to ask them to adjust our bill.
