Burritos Santana

I have high hopes for this place but all three times I’ve attempted to purchase some food, it is closed. Why are the doors always locked? The lights are on, the horchata machine is one … but the doors are closed. ??\u200d♂️

I bought a burrito here and it literally had a metal wire in my burrito. Some of my teeth were chipped as a result and I got in contact with the owner. I told him that I have dental insurance and that all I wanted him to do was cover the out of pocket cost. He told me to make my dentist appointment and provide him with the receipt and my insurances number. But he tried telling me that it wasn’t his or the restaurants fault that it happened. I strongly disagreed with him and told him it may not have been on purpose but it was definitely their fault. Fast forward, I went to the dentist and the out of pocket cost was only $64! The procedure was over $700 before my insurance kicked in. I called the owner to let him know and he was super defensive. Saying “I let my insurance know and this is now between you and them. I’m not gonna pay any money out of my own pocket”. This man is acting like I am trying to sue him for hundreds. All I wanted was him to take ownership for his restaurants negligence. I am never eating here again and I hope they get their act together.

I went there for the first time and was very disappointed! I ordered a wet burrito and a California burrito. Both burritos lacked ingredient’s neither had sour cream the wet burrito didn’t come with lettuce or sour cream. Just cheese and steak. The picture below if a picture of my California burrito ?. Pictures says it all. On top of this disappointing experience when the lady asked me what kind of sauce I wanted I told her can I get 2 green sauces. I get home and I find 3 red sauces. And by the way the red sauce isn’t that good imo. Basically if I do try this place again I won’t be trying these two items. To add on the extra ingredients that other places already have in there burritos would make Santanas burrito cost around 20 plus for an average. This is also my first review didn’t enjoy it so felt like sharing. Giving it a two star Because the carne asada was decent

Friendly staff, but the burrito asado I ordered definitely had beef that had been cooked then reheated (stale and somewhat dry).Keep in mind that I am used to farm food (I work in Regenerative Agricutlure). American food to me is tasteless.

Good food and good experience every time. Their cashier is nice too.

Good flavors! Very good salsa! Salsa style you don't see very often! Takes me back to New Mexico state.

Do not eat here when I walked in the overwhelming smell of sewage made me feel sick. I placed a order on the phone otherwise I would not have eaten here. The food was so bad greasy the fries in my burrito were not cooked all the way I threw away half of my burrito it was that bad. I will never ever eat here again

I wouldn't recommend going in there and sniffing anything because it smelled like raw sewage at least the carnitas had good flavor

HORRIBLE..... to be honest I dont even know where to start, the service was not good. The food was soooooo bad... we spent about 70 bucks and had to throw it away because it was so bad, we ordered carne asada fries, enchiladas, taquitos, birra tacos, surf and turf burrito.... everything was bad... please do not waste your hard earned money here. We ordered last night and I still can't get over it. Sad.....

Ordered online. Paid 40$ for two burritos to be delivered. Call them almost an hour later just to find out they don't do delivery.Haven't gotten a refund yet.Ask ur bank to do a charge back and they won't be able to use credit cards anymore.
