Chalk another trial run of a Pechanga Restaurant. So far, Paisano's is good but not great, the seating is rather compacted, so when the server squeezes in between you and your neighboring tables, well you better place your elbows on your table. It gets too cozy. But this time we tried Kelsey's. Nicer seating but being a sports bar setting, the noise is there, no biggie. Our server was nice, but I should have read her facial expression better when asking about the entrees. Perhaps she was trying to guide us to the proper choice, and I wish I would have followed the lead. The $40.00 plus 12 oz rib eye was so thin, one end was about well done and the other closer to rare. When steaks are this thin, milliseconds count as it could turn to burned vapor at moments notice. The truffle butter ice cube that was added to the top showed the level of care taken by the "Chef". And the steak fries, I could be wrong but my take was that they were taken from a large supply of pre-cooked fries, as even the crispy looking ones were limp, and unappealing. My wife had the pizza, made in a real fire pizza oven as opposed to fake fire, and speaking of fire, it came out so soggy that the fire department must have doused it with water for safe measure. The cocktails were OK, but then again I had a couple to drown my sorrows. The couple across from us has steaks and angrily sent them back, as I should have. Rather than sell something like that, delete it and maybe go for gourmet hot dogs, Cheetos or something more predictable and a better value for the money. Our server was very nice and attentive. I see a pattern here.

When I set up my OpenTable reservation, I asked for a booth so when we got to the restaurant, I reminded the hostess that I would like a booth and she gave me a lecture on how if there is no booths, she'll have to seat us at a table I looked in the restaurant and pointed out of booth and then she told me it needed to be cleanedwhich was fine but then she got nasty and told us to wait in the casino area it'll be another 10 to 15 minutes. She was a very rude hostess not customer service results orientated at all and her name is. Yheizzi. Extremely !!!!!RUDE
Service was really good. The atmosphere was your basic sports bar vibe. Food was presented well but the ribs were over smoked and dry and tri tip sandwich was fairly basic. I did get the crab Louie sandwich and while there was a large portion of crab it didn't have much flavor. Ranch had a really weird taste. I think this would be good to just have basic food/beer and watch the games but not for a nice dinner.

We saw our server once when he took our order, and again when he brought the food. That was it. We even had to stop him to ask for the check. They have limited service, higher prices, and the menu has changed. Just not what it once was.

I have eaten there a few times and was disappointed by the price for what I ordered. We use to get a vegetable and some type of rice dish. This time, we only got salmon with a few little pieces of veggies. Not even bread was provided. It was a total waste of money for just a piece of fish. I will no longer eat there. I always enjoyed the salmon. They also took away the sangria a while ago. We always enjoyed the sangria too!

To start, the coffee was lukewarm at best. Our server brought a new carafe that was just slightly warmer. The service was very slow and when my plate of Texas style brisket was served, the meat was cold on the plate while the potatoes were piping hot in its own ramekin. The plate of meat was probably sliced and sitting and waiting. It had good flavor, just cold.
Service was not good. Food was okay, overpriced for what we got. Ribs were dry unfortunately. French fries looked like they were pulled from a frozen bag. Would likely not come back here in the future.

Ordered fish and chips and batter was too thick and doughy this time, not crisp at all. Ordered in the past few months and was fine but not this time. We peeled off the fired batter and ate the fish only. Tartar sauce and chiptole sauces both great. Also got fried chicken sandwich and Cesar salad and both were tasty.

The food was fabulous. The service was fast and efficient. We had a concert to catch and they catered to our needs. Making food suggestions that would have us out in time. We are coming back soon.

We had the barbecue ribs and chicken. It was very good. The service was great. The sports bar is a very nice atmosphere. We watched out baseball team play while we ate. We will definitely go again.

Our party of 9 were celebrating an early Mother's Day while staying at the resort for the weekend. Everyone commented on their meals as being excellent. Our steaks were prepared just as ordered and were of high quality. The filets were superb! Highly recommend! On a Saturday night it was quite busy and noisy but it didn't keep us from having a wonderful experience.
