Service was really good. The atmosphere was your basic sports bar vibe. Food was presented well but the ribs were over smoked and dry and tri tip sandwich was fairly basic. I did get the crab Louie sandwich and while there was a large portion of crab it didn't have much flavor. Ranch had a really weird taste. I think this would be good to just have basic food/beer and watch the games but not for a nice dinner.
We saw our server once when he took our order, and again when he brought the food. That was it. We even had to stop him to ask for the check. They have limited service, higher prices, and the menu has changed. Just not what it once was.

Chalk another trial run of a Pechanga Restaurant. So far, Paisano's is good but not great, the seating is rather compacted, so when the server squeezes in between you and your neighboring tables, well you better place your elbows on your table. It gets too cozy. But this time we tried Kelsey's. Nicer seating but being a sports bar setting, the noise is there, no biggie.
