We eat here regularly, and the temperature is always uncomfortably cold. It feels like an icebox every time. If you sit near the door, you’ll notice nearly every customer’s first reaction is the same: 'Wow, it’s freezing in here!' Please consider adjusting the thermostat—it really takes away from an otherwise good experience.

We order from this Chipotle regularly for our team, and we’ve always had decent service—until today. We spent over $50 on three bowls and were only given one vinaigrette. When I asked for more (one per bowl, which is standard), they refused.like really!!!
It’s honestly ridiculous. For the amount of money we spent and how often we support this location, I expected better. It’s disappointing when basic customer service is overlooked over something as small as a vinaigrette. Do better, Chipotle.

The service at this Chipotle on Ynez Road is very very slow. Even when the line isn’t very long, it takes a while to get through. The food is generally fine and what you'd expect from Chipotle, but the wait time can be frustrating, especially during lunch or dinner hours. Hope they improve efficiency soon

Food is good service is good, but I really suggest cooking the rice longer it is not fully cooked it had some hard pieces.
Claudia, the cashier was a very rude person. I ordered a kids plate for my daughter with two tacos came out to be about five dollars, I asked for a side of salsa and they charged me two dollars for it. Granted, I don’t mind paying for the side when it’s the normal like $.25 like they charge for a tortilla but two dollars that’s more than half of the meal almost, For something that’s complementary on every other entrée. Not to mention, they didn’t even tell me they were gonna be charging for it. I had to find out on the web Receipt later.

4/27/25 8pm tall black dude asked white or brown rice, before I could even answer he starts serving white rice... it was basically empty it's not like I was taking my time I hadn't been to a chipotle in years was genuinely tryin check out the choices. asked what salsa I wanted. I said can I get a little bit of all the sauces. seemed irritated about it. I asked can I get extra lettuce, (just the lettuce) God forbid I ask extra on the guac. I got less lettuce than wife that didn't ask for extra lettuce. skimpy, over priced bad service.

Don’t come here. Thought I would give it a try after a while of no chipotle. They’re still skimpy and overpriced. Really small portions for $46 for two bowls. An $18 steak bowl with barely any extra meat. I’m officially done with Chipotle and hope you are as well!
