Thank you John for reaching out and making things right.Update: My money was never refunded and now it seems like they never answer their phone. This cold stone is the best around. They are super friendly and most of all they do not go stingey on the portions. Matt was awesome! I would only go to the cold stone! The one off the 79 I would never go to that one as they are cheap! The one at this location is amazing! Love them!

The girls that worked here are so sweet. I felt bad tho bc their store was out of a lot of stuff but you can tell they felt so bad but they helped as much as they could. They explained that a shipment was late but the service she provided was still really sweet. Clean environment, friendly staff, good ice cream. I didn’t get her name but she had brown curly hair and 2 braids. Sweetest girl ever.
