Pulled Chicken is tender but Kansas City sauce is lacking flavor. French Fries are over done and tiny crumbs of a fry, hard to even pick up individually for their size. Very mediocre at best. Cool spot to hangout too bad food isn't worth it .

This unique food hall is located in the charming Vail Headquarters where you'll feel like you stepped back in time. Lots of history you can learn by reading the plaques all around. Enjoy your food and drink inside or outside. We tried the Smoked Hog bbq, and it was amazing!

I feel like this food hall has so much potential, but falls short. We do enjoy the food at a few of the places but we have found that some of them have wacky hours and the hours are never updated anywhere. We do really like Daisy. The bartenders are kind of old school-ish to the point they aren't super friendly, but that's okay because they make awesome drinks and their service is good.

This place has the western theme down pat including highway robbery. If you want to pay over $100 for a family of four, go here and order from their vendors. For 14 dollars, you can have a puny 1/3 lb of smoked brisket. Don't worry, you can pay $4.00 more plus tax for a side of Mac and Cheese. My. Credit card almost fainted when the total for my family of four was over 100 with one meat, one side, and one drink. After they have robbed you of 100+ they slap a tip screen at you... I couldn't do it, so we bailed on the order and went to the wings section. The prices were reasonable, but we waited almost 40 minutes for Wings. During that time I was able to explain to my children the entire history of the world and convinced them the food would be worth it. We got the WI gs and there was a collective "meh". Don't wasted your time here- meander over to Mad Mikes and have a sausage sandwich you will never regret.

Awesome 65 person food court. Nice little outdoor patio and a bar at the end. I haven't tried any food here, but it looks good.

I would give it a higher rating if they had better drinking solutions. a soda/water machine. The individual stores have limited choices in drinks. Very limited. You have to go to the bar if you want water. Food was OK. BBQ brisket sandwich was a little tough. Aquachilies were a bit spicy for me but OK. Very generous with the chips. I found the chips a bit salty, but just used a napkin to brush as much off as I could. It is super, super cute. We have gone mostly on the weekends when they have events, but went during the week and it was pretty quiet. But, please! One of those soda machines or a water machine. Something.

Good place, had BBQ and also walked next door to the Vegan spot!! Fun little deal for the family, country element with a cool beer / wine garden atmosphere! Go....

Food is good. A bit slow but always good. But no free water. I spent 50 bucks on lunch and can't get a cup of water.

Warning if you are a delivery driver for any app platform do not deliver to them they will put a big tip on delivery. Then as soon as you drive away they will take the tip back off!! Shady people working in the wing section

Lots of great options to keep everyone happy! I loved the BBQ spot, and my wife and son loved the Mexican food. Vegan options are a plus for the wife. :)

I love food halls and was very excited when I saw Temecula had their own. Sadly cookhouse falls somewhat short. I am very shy and get very anxious in new places, I add this because I know there are a lot more people out there like me who and hopefully my reviews can let them know what to expect. I don't know what it is about this place but each time I have gone I just get bad vibes. I have tried food from each vendor and have not been impressed with any of them, nothing bad but nothing worth going out of my way for. Both the chicken and barbecue places lack customer service, they always seem irritated. The only reason I go back is because I like the overall atmosphere of Vail HQ and being that they have vegan options it is a good place to meet up with vegan friends/family. I should also add there are no restrooms at the foodhall itself and no clear signage on where to find restrooms. The restrooms they do have are hidden at the very back and require a code which you will have to ask someone working at one of the shops for, and they're pretty gross.

The chicken sandwich was great; lots of layered flavors. The breading was a little thick, but that is my only negative feedback. The jalapeño poppers are legit; fresh and humongous! Definitely get a side of ranch to cool the spice, or a cold beer next door. This is a nice spot.

I love the concept of smaller businesses coexisting under one roof to share the overhead while providing diners with unique food choices they wouldn't find elsewhere. From the vegan Asada to ceviche to the Daisy bar, you'll be enjoying healthy hand made cuisine in a communal environment. I highly recommend you try this out to support these chefs as they work hard to satisfy their hungry customers.

It' s hot and stuffy. For some odd reason, no one seems to mention this. There's no A/C? Or if there is one it's not keeping up. Really kills the mood and it's obviously uncomfortable. Good news: it's large and spacious. Neutral news: only 4 food fronts and a bar and they're just ok to me. YMMV. Bad news: it's dead past certain hours. Not the fault of the establishment but in a space like this you do want life and foot traffic abound to keep things lively and the energy going. But hey, it's a family community here so it's to be expected. Think the Vail location in general could do well as an alternative to old town but alas at the moment it's just ok.
