The short ribs were flavorful and filling pairing well with the hojicha green tea. The menu has many gluten free options and the couch was a relaxing place to socialize. The wines and cocktails has a variety to satisfy anyone's pallets. The top choices from my visit being the cocktail el corazon and the dessert wine sauternes.

An amazing find during a short trip to Temecula. Probably one of the best filet mignon I’ve had.

This place has amazing drinks, customer service and food. Bartender was friendly and professional, made beautiful and tasty drinks. Do not be fooled by the name, I felt drinks here are better then speak-easy near by

I ordered the short rib and eggs, kinilaw, sorta Caesar salad, and a cocktail. The cocktail was excellent — unfortunately, it was the only highlight of the meal.
The kinilaw was aggressively acidic to the point of being unpleasant, the Caesar salad dressing had virtually no flavor, and the hamachi on top was drowned in pepper. The short rib and eggs lacked even basic seasoning, which is baffling for such a simple dish.
The space itself is cute, but the service did not match. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet it took an absurd amount of time for our order to be taken. When my food finally arrived, it came without utensils — an oversight you’d expect from a food truck, not a sit-down spot. To top it off, our waiter carried an unnecessary attitude the entire time.
Overall, unless you’re stopping in just for a drink, this place is a waste of time and money.

The ambience wasn’t bad but that was literally it. The tea tasted very watered down. The food (tried 3 different dishes) was absolutely tasteless and flavorless. Very underwhelming experience.

My favorite restaurant in Temecula!! Always know I will get incredible service and food and beverage that refreshes and stimulates my soul. My only complaint is it is too hard to pick what to enjoy with so many phenomenal options 😭.

Came here again and of course, was NOT disappointed. This is probably one of my favorite places in town. From the service to the atmosphere to the wonderful dishes that are served and stellar drinks. Every plate and bite is truly an experience. Brought my best friend out for dinner for her bday last night and our server was absolute perfection and made our dining experience professional, warming, hilarious, and just another addition to me wanting to come back again and again. Gabe, thank you for such a wonderful fun birthday night for my friend, and thank you to the amazing hosts, bar tenders, and chefs for a perfect experience every time I visit. ❤️

It was great! Food amazing, beautiful presentation, high level service! Best restaurant! Thank you for making our evening special.
I have been twice once for the low tea experience, which was absolutely lovely and once for the oyster specials on Monday, which were divine I Also had the Quiche, which was incredible. The only reason why service got 4 stars was because it took far too long for the oysters to come out. We were on our second glass of wine and had to ask if they were coming. Probably forgot. No biggie, it happens. Other than that, This place is very cute, very charming and perfect place for a lunch or dinner date.
If you're looking for a tea house that feels like a secret escape into elegance and calm, Corbeaux Wine & Tea House is exactly that.
From the moment we stepped inside, we were transported into a vintage-inspired oasis. The warm lighting, antique furniture, glass oil lamps, and delicate floral arrangements made the entire space feel both timeless and intimate -- like a cozy European tea salon with a modern touch.
We ordered two small pots of tea:
Honeybush (Tisane) - a beautiful herbal blend with African rooibos, soft nutty tones, vanilla, and a subtle honey finish. Soothing and fragrant.
Peaches & Cream (White Tea) - light and floral with hints of marigold, coconut, and fresh peach. It was incredibly smooth and refreshing.
For dessert, we couldn't resist the Cake & Cream -- and wow, this was more than dessert, it was a culinary experience. The seared butter cake was rich and golden, paired with a scoop of miso popcorn ice cream that brought a savory twist. Every element -- from the white pear tea gelée to the apple crisp bits and malted milk crumbs -- was thoughtfully balanced and plated with care.
Service was gentle, professional, and respectful of the peaceful atmosphere. No rush, just grace.
Whether you're here for a quiet date, a solo tea moment, or dessert after wine tasting, Corbeaux is a gem. Beautifully curated, inside and out.
We'll definitely be back. The Service was exceptional, the food was full of flavor with every bite and the wine tastings were amazing with each dish. We went with the Prix Fixe menu and couldn't be more satisfied. Such a wonderful birthday celebration and the restaurant inside was adorable, classy and elegant with not too much hype over trying to hard. We love everything about this place and will be sending friends and family here too.
