The food was good but expensive. However, you're paying for the convenience of eating at the winery, and the atmosphere was great.

One of our favorite restaurants in wine country! We actually belong to another winery, but Wilson Creek has the better restaurant. Fatima is a great server. Flat iron steak with bourbon petite syrah. Excellent!

Good food, nice wine options and great atmosphere next to grapes and an open area with many tables and people milling around drinking and hanging out.

Eli was an amazing server.
Locals, but first visit, amazing flavors,
Reuben sandwich and salmon BLT, thank you, Chef Steve.
Too bad we didn't get to taste your Polish PIEROGIES 😋 , but I'm Polish, lol 😆.
Thank you for the surprise birthday dessert.
Yummy 😋
We appreciate your amazing talents.

Where do I even start - Eli was the WORST waiter ever!! The sass and attitude on that man was wild. When we order plain specifically for dietary reasons and then he brings it out wrong and tries to cover it up not being a gluten free black plate like he said but rather a gray plate and tries to make an excuse - like no we knew it was wrong cause the manager had to fix it. I’m not color blind. Then the bill was still same price. Further Eli was rude going forwarded and threatened that there was salt in dessert for our dietary reasonings and didn’t even show us the dessert menu. Such a bad experience and only the girl waitresses seemed nice. What a weird grill.

The truth is, the quality of the meal is very low for the price. It's supposed to be better in the restaurant than on the patio. My son got a salmon that was just a piece of salmon for $30 without any sides. My friend's seafood linguine was dry. I ordered a beet and carrot salad that was delicious, but the meat was cold, and it took too long. The service was very friendly. I definitely do not recommend it.

Every 4 to 6 weeks a small group of 1961 Roseburg, Oregon High school graduates meet here for lunch. We all currently live within 50 miles of Wilson Creek, and Creekside Grill is our favorite dining in the Temecula wine area. One of the daily specials today was venison ribs. I ordered that and the presentation, service, and taste were outstanding. The beautifully landscaped grounds add to the ambience.

The food was decent, but the quality didn't justify the high prices. We experienced an excessively long wait for our entrées, the Steak Frites and Salmon BLT, after waiting just over an hour for our table, it took nearly an additional hour for our meals to be served. The Steak was okay, but nothing noteworthy, and was served with exactly 8 pieces of wedge potato fries. To top it off, there was no music to enhance the atmosphere. Ultimately, we took our food to go rather than waste another minute. On a positive note, our server was excellent and did everything possible to improve the experience.

The food was good. I had a Cobb Salad (w oil & vinegar on the side) and my cousin had the Turkey Flatbread & we split them. What left a bad taste was the check. They had built in an 18% tip (fine, I would've left 20%), but on the check there were suggested tip amounts- these were based on: cost of meal PLUS tax PLUS the 18% they had already added, so 1) it was not an accurate % of meal and 2) someone inattentive (or drinking??) might have added this inflated tip % to the 18% already added. 🤔

Want to give balanced feedback on our experience there for dinner. On a positive note, the service was excellent, especially if you are a member. Friendly greeting by the hostess, bussers and wait staff were all excellent.
The food was marginal. We split a burger and full salad. The burger was very plain and boring. Cooked well but I have had better burgers at In and Out. The salad was just ok. Barely any dressing and drab (we did ask for more dressing). I was expecting a little sweetness from the vanilla balsamic dressing to balance what I think was arugula, but it was plain and bitter.
We decided to see if we could salvage a disappointing meal with a nice dessert. We ordered the carrot cake which was dry and a little hard. The icing was the only savior.
Hard to say if we will come back for the food.

Our server was a mind reader! Appreciated his attention to detail. Best fries ever! Wine slushee was perfect on a hot day. I would come back for sure.

Beautiful place to sit and chat and have wine. The wait staff are all polite and professional. The food is great. Ordered the American burger, salmon burger and wedge salad. Salad was crisp and lite. Burgers were tasty. Wish it came with fries instead of chips for the price. The price you are paying is for the atmosphere. The chocolate lava cake is a must. Really rich in chocolate. It was enough to share with the 3 of us. My Uncle from Vietnam definitely enjoyed it. All in all, great place to have a meal with loved ones.

Creekside Grill is the main restaurant of the vast Wilson Creek Vineyards.  The wine will be the topic of another post; this one will just discuss food.

We tried a baked caprese salad to begin which was good,  though the mozzarella wasn't of a very good quality.   Our entrees consisted of  Reuben, a cheeseburger and mushroom pappardelle.  Reuben was the star here and it was hand cut, always a plus.   The burger meat left something to be desired, particularly few hours later.   Finally the mushroom pasta had excellent taste,  though pasta had been cooked way passed al-dente.   Not sure if this is one I would go back.
