I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating? I gave it 5 stars because Einstein bagels has never disappointed me in over 30 years that I’ve been going to them. This appears to be a new location and I will definitely be coming back. My order only took about 5 minutes to receive and everything tasted great. I got 4 bagels and 2 drinks for $30 not bad.
No GF or vegan options so thats why its a 3 star
FINALLY!! About time we get an Einsteins Bagels on this side of the Santa Ana Mountains. I used to drive all the way to either Irvine or Rancho Santa Margarita just to get Einstein's Bagels. I grew up eating their bagels when I lived in North Texas (Plano, specifically) and they're the best. They are still the BEST!! The bagels taste amazing. I recommend the baker's dozen, if you get takeout.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is a new location that has quickly become a favorite for many customers. Fans say the bagels are the best and taste amazing, with lots of options for bagels and cream cheese flavors. One customer loved the Pretzel Bagel with Country Pepper cream cheese. The baker's dozen is recommended for takeout. Orders are ready in about 5 minutes, and everything tastes great. One customer got 4 bagels and 2 drinks for $30. The staff is awesome and friendly, and the atmosphere is good. The store gets super busy on weekends, with over 80 online orders at one time. Sandwiches are made to order, and sometimes things get wrong, but the staff is always happy to remake something for customers and does not complain. Outdoor seating would make it perfect, and even a puppy loved his doggie bagel. However, one customer was disappointed that potato salad, chai iced tea, and fountain drinks were no longer available, and only bagged chips and bottled drinks were offered, so the customer canceled the order and left.
