Environment feels like Europe. Excellent food with great wine!

My wife and I really enjoy this place. With their large selections of wines to taste and purchase. Greg in the Bolero tasting room is fantastic, with his knowledge of the wines which are served there. He is very helpful, friendly and courteous not to mention his sense of humor. We also went to their new Italian tasting room, which has some nice views of the country side.

Great local winery. Their wine maker is excellent. Their servers are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a very large selection with something for everybody. They have started building on an expansion and when it is done this place should be incredible. Would highly recommend visiting this winery, no matter what type of wine you prefer. The Bolero expansion is done, and they are now building Vienza. I highly recommend coming here.Updating review about the brunch at Bolero. I have been a few times and really liked it. However, this last time was subpar to say the least. The warm food was col; buffet was sparse and not being refreshed; omelette station was unmanned; pastry table was almost empty; they ran out of plates; service was almost non-existent. Value for the money was simply not there. Overall, if this is what the buffet has turned into, I will not be back. Extremely disappointed with the experience.

Crowded. There’s a lot of empty space and then a bunch of crowds all situated around the bar- wish their bar area was bigger. The top area was nice though cause of the view. Wine was okay.

We're visiting the Vienza tasting room at Europa. What an awesome view. The place is chill and the Magellan wines are delicious ?.

It's our favorite Vinyard out of the 50 that are here.

Brought my girlfriend here for an overnight stay for my girlfriend’s birthday on March 5.2024. Looks great online, so I booked a so called Suite for the night. We showed up to a muddy dirt parking lot and horrible signage. Parked my car and walked through mud to get to the entrance, just to be greeted by some young worker walking out, who was very rude and couldn’t answer our simple questions about where to check in. After walking around for about 15 mins, we finally found the small reception office, with one person working. We were told the room wasn’t ready yet, so we decided to go get a snack in their cafe. It was take out only, so we had to get a bag and cheap paper plates, to carry our food somewhere nice outside to sit and eat with a glass of wine. The entire property is still under major construction, so we went to their so called Italian garden area, but they had 2 large dozers working with dust flying everywhere and crazy loud. Our “suite” I paid $500 per night for was finally ready, so we went to the reception room again to get our keys, only to find out they have no valet service whatsoever so we had to get our bags out of the car in the dirt parking lot and carry them ourselves along distance. When we finally found the proper directions to get to our suite, the room was literally off the property on the other side of a dirt road up a very tall sketchy single driveway. This was literally an old 1980s house that they must’ve purchased and turned into what they call their suites. It was a trashy old house that they had put lipstick on. The room was tiny and no privacy. You could hear the neighboring rooms all day and night. Literally HomeDepot cheap quality finishes throughout. Horribly disappointed , but decided to make the best of it and went down for wine tasting before dinner. Again, we had to get in our car again and drive down this horribly steep and sketchy driveway and go park in the dirt and mud parking lots again and walk back up to the winery area. We were told the winery was open till 530 and our dinner reservations weren’t till 7 PM, so we walked in at about 10 after five and they told us that they were shutting down the wine tasting room so they couldn’t serve us, even though we had purchased a wine tasting in our so-called executive package. The staff was horrible and literally just couldn’t wait to get things packed up and leave and even started turning off the lights in the tasting room as we were looking at some of their merchandise . Anyway, just please never make the same mistake that we did by spending nearly $1000 for a very nice couples getaway on my girlfriend’s birthday which turned into a laughing nightmare. This property is literally 3 to 5 years away from being anything worth visiting and even then they need to figure out their Customer Service

Literally one of the most beautiful places in the entire US. The gelato in the market is really good, they font use the green dye for pistacio so you know its authentic.??? ?

Gorgeous winery! Love that the property includes 3 different villages Spain, Italy and France. My family and I had brunch at Bolero. The food was delicious and service is always great! We also visited the new Italian market. Food also looked amazing. Definitely will eat there on our next visit. Stopped by Cest La Vie tasting room. Loved that they had heart key locks in their garden. Nice Paris touch!

If you were to pick one winery to visit in Temecula, this is it! The food at Bolero is amazing, thanks to chef Hani. But now they have 3 different tasting rooms, and I love them all. Wine is so fabulous. Love this place

Yesterday we became members at this beautiful winery! Sydney at the tasting room was partly to blame for this! She was so amazing and welcoming and just genuinely a wonderful person! I not only loved the delicious wine and brick-oven pizza, but the ambiance and the staff made everything 100 times better!

Stunning buildings and picturesque evening views. The concept is a little bit confusing (where is the France portion of the trio of buildings? Where are the signs that tell us where restaurants and wine is at?) Upon arrival we asked the wait staff if there were more restaurants besides the tapas at "Bolero." She assured us that the restuarant upstairs called "Mercado" was amazing and was delicious. Since it was an hour to closing (closing at 6:00 pm on a Saturday night??) we rushed up the stairs only to be stopped at the top by a man asking us where we were going. He was not dressed in staff attire but seemed to be manning the staircase etc... this seemed weird. We told him we were going to the restaurant and kept walking. I kept looking for a sit down restaurant only to see a "grab & go" marketplace. They did have hot food items so I ordered the lasagna and -as you can see in the picture- this is how it is served. For $24 I need a much better presentation and service. Also a side salad would be nice. The red wine was good and we sat on the terrace and drank it. The same man that was in charge of the stairs came over at 6:00 to tell us we had to leave since the joint was closing. Overall a weird vibe for me. One last thing: if you are going to build a beautiful terrace with tables and chairs, it might be nice for someone that is seated to actually be able to see the views. I could only see the cement balcony while seated outside. I'd love a plexiglass cover or wrought iron balcony rail so that the views could be enjoyed. I think the concept of a trio of countries Spain- Italy - France is a lovely one. Just needs some tweaking. And for such a large and opulent place the level of service should complement the venue.

The wines we had were good. Service can be slow since they are understaffed. The winery is cute, so I'd recommend,
