I never thought to search for a fried fish spot in the Temecula area. I know, I'm a hipster from LA. Forgive me. I was initially looking for a Jollibee-tier spicy fried chicken sandwich. I know, a tall order at that price point, but I had hope. Fresh Hot Fish popped up in the search. Finding places that serves amazing fried fish is hard to find. Although more and more business are getting on the trend for Plant Base it's nice to have a place in Temecula with reasonable prices delicious mouth watery tasty fried Cat fish nuggets , shrimp or snapper top it with seasoned fries and your tummy will scream YUMMY. This food truck is a vibe. The music caught my attention because praise God! It always seemed to have customers ready to order so I knew I would be missing out on something good if I didnt give it a try. It was no disappointment!!!
