I came here Saturday night a spicy chicken sandwich, upon getting home to eat my sandwich I open the box and there's a spider crawling on my lettuce that was inside of my sandwich. I had to throw away the whole thing and was disgusted by it unfortunately.

Never again. I order online and have it delivered and it's obvious they fill my order with whatever garbage has been sitting in the window under the heat lamps for God knows how long. The WORST location but its the only one I get when I order. Food is lukewarm or overcooked, like the egg rolls I got tonight. Disgusting. One time I ordered a burger without cheese and instead of making it fresh, they just peeled the cheese off of a hard, cold, old burger. There was still remnants of cheese along the edges. And they NEVER put a napkin in your bag, forgetting the utensils you request 75% of the time. STAY AWAY.

Well the floor soda machine lacked Syrups for Most of the drinks, the manager is not paying attention cause she's doing walk up orders and drive thru, she had to fill out drinks and we had to ask numerous times for condiments, catsup and taco sauce@ 9/25 around 12:30 pm . Manager isn't focused on the floor needs , bathroom very dirty....

Food good except large curly fries were few. Customer waited as employees ignored him. Then they asked him to use kiosk, really? Then employee ate, went back to kitchen without washing hands, gross !!

I've been to a few Jack in the Box spots, but this is my favorite to go to, especially for midnight cravings. Lol. The food is always fresh and worth the midnight drive. ♥️

I ordered food online and got my food through the drive thru, all was well at this point. I asked for 2 large waters and this lady gives me the dirtiest look then says we charge for a large, I say ok that's fine expecting her to tell me I owe her like $1 or something reasonable for water. She tells me that will be $7.89 with a dirty look on her face, I said I just asked for water. She tells me they charge for the cups, so I pulled off. I've gotten large waters from many other locations and they were free. Unacceptable service and I will not be returning.
