Great place love the atmosphere, welcoming staff. They offer samples which is great and cool color changing spoons which is also great. The only 2 things I ask for. Go to this place instead of yogurt island, the staff over there look at you like you stepped on their mothers grave
We love the change of flavors, they have a nice variation of toppings as well. We typically spend 18 bucks for 3 pretty full cups with good amount of add one. The point system is nice bonus, we have earned free root beer floats as well as a 16oz cup of froyo so far. We will definitely continue to enjoy The Yogurt Factory. Only downside is I wish they had more non custards available.

You can’t go wrong with frozen yogurt! The part that I didn’t care for is that you couldn’t pour your own taster. The girl had to come out and do it for you which caused issues with everyone in line who had to wait to checkout ?It was uncomfortable for those of us who wanted to sample before we bought. However, it was worth it because it was yummy!
