If you enjoy Subway, don't bother going here. You're not going to get a footlong for $6.99 at Jersey Mike's. Now if you enjoy high-quality subs with fresh ingredients, friendly staff and a clean environment, this is the place. You pay for what you get here. It's not cheap, but again, it's not horrendous Subway. OMG can we give Josh a best customer medal? He is not there to do his job he is there to make you day ! What a surprisingly great experience, we don’t get this moments very often specially coming from fast food restaurants anymore.

Ok. Place a second chance they did a great job yesterday with my number seven no complaints but today I ordered a Philly 56 because I wanted the extra cheese but not the extra mushrooms or jalapeños. I just wanted to spend $.20 on more cheese.The lady kept complaining and arguing with how I wanted to make my sandwich and what I wanted to spend and what number in the end I got a slightly warm Philly with cold cheeseThis lady was annoying and was here the last time I had a problem with my number 7.What happened to? Yes sir if that’s what you want I will make that sandwich. I did not complain. I’ve been up since 3 o’clock in the morning and just want a decent sandwich to fill me up on my lunch break but I get an attitude and a lady telling me how to order my sub that I’m going to pay for.This place is horrible stay away. Especially if there’s a short lady with brown curly hair and an accent.

My husband and I got some sandwiches here when we had some people from out of town visiting. Our sandwiches came with one slice of meat and one slice of cheese. It was ridiculous and embarrassing to feed to our guests. I contacted Jersey Mikes and never heard anything from them, so I come here to warn others so that they don't get ripped off like we did. I will say that this is the second time this has happened at this location so needless to say, we will never go back. Choose a different location if you actually want some meat and cheese on your sandwiches. Sorry Jersey Mikes Inez location, I gave you a chance to make it right, but got no response.

Ask for a regular number seven as a slice in the meat it looks really thin and he’s only putting one little slice down in the middle barely any turkey and then as he gets to the last slice, he noticed it was too thin and made the last slice a little bit bigger Pretty much I got more bread and cheese and turkeyI was too busy on my lunch and made sure they knew my frustration was heard. I just paid 10 bucks for trash. Would’ve been nice since he noticed his error and fix the rest it. At least the customers after me got correct service.
Waited 30 minutes in line just to put my sandwich order in. I'm actually still in line writing this. They probably took 10 minutes to make one customers order of two sandwiches. Then their system went down and weren't accepting card payments lol. One dude was just walking in circles behind the counter but he gave me the bathroom code so that was good. But the fact that there is a bathroom code is also annoying. Worst mikes experience I've ever had and first time at this location. Wont be back and wouldn't recommend.

6:30pm I am informed there is no bread when I enter and that it will be 35-45 minutes before there will be bread. Not just no white bread or no wheat or even rosemary parm. NO BREAD. Well, needless to say I didn't wait around to eat Jersey Mike's tonight. Not sure why this location isn't functioning normally to have made more bread in advance if it was starting to look like it was going fast but there you have it.
