went to gastionia location before something has changed the doughnuts use to melt in your mouth when hot but last time we went they were undercooked and nasty.
Got two dozen yesterday when the store opened at 6am and they were obviously from the night before. Grew up eating Krispy Kreme since mid 1960's and that was by far the most disappointing box of donuts I've ever gotten from the Huntsville, AL store. The product and the attitude of the staff has declined drastically over the last few years. Doubt I will return. ☹️

Customers can see their donuts being made in front of them, but picking between all the great donuts is hard. The staff is friendly and the food is good, though sometimes orders can take a really long time.
