A group of us, comprised of locals, as well as visitors from LA and NYC, visited Leoness to have a delightful wine-tasting and dining experience. However, our expectations were not met with the treatment we received from the staff. Initially, the host informed us we could occupy an outdoor table for wine tasting. So, we did, but that's when the service started to deteriorate. One of the servers failed to return with menus after being reminded, and another staff member approached us rudely, informing us that the table was only for dining, while we were still waiting for the menu. This was perplexing since the interior had plenty of available seating, and it was not peak hours. Seeking a resolution, we asked for the manager. While he listened patiently, his response lacked empathy or reassurance that would invite a return visit. The encounter overshadowed the meal quality, which was decent, and the wine, which we found to be average.

Erin was an amazing hostess. We had 4 2oz tastings of some great wine. Well worth visiting here. Lots of items in their gift shop.

I brought my friends to the winery. We bought wine tasting, the most the white wine was out, and we were just able to try a few types of wine. The wine poring was horrible and very poor service. Was just one person trying to serve everybody. It was raining yesterday and they don’t have room in the tasting room, everybody was smashed in there, like sardines! We tried to go to the restaurant, the worker told us to come back in an hour and no reservation needed. Then I told her that if she said to everybody come back in an hour there would be a lot of people there. And she said nothing we can do for you. And at the restaurant has a lot of tables available. It seemed reasonable they could let us sit and drink our wine.

I was looking forward to visiting this place but the charcuterie came out with moldy grapes, the bathrooms have a weird sewage smell and were very dirty & the new management doesn’t seem to be doing anything about these issues.

Beautiful place, ambience and glass of Syrah. That said, I can't remember a more inattentive group of people working there. It was not busy at all but we stood at the podium, as the sign said to do, waiting for instructions for 5 minutes with 3 or 4 or the employees standing 10 feet from us not saying one thing. We finally asked for some help on how to get a glass a wine. We were walked past 3 times in the outdoor eating area and never given a menu. Finally, when leaving we set our empty wine glasses down, said thank you to the last person we saw working there and got a stupid stare with no acknowledgment. WTH ? My wife and I just good not believe the inhospitable attitude. One and done here, just a weird experience.

Amazing reds. Recommend all of them. Beautiful property with a gorgeous restaurant. Tons of outdoor seating.

Erin charged me twice. I showed her the first charge notification but she said there was a glitch in her iPad and she needed to charge again. I showed her the notification and the charge to my card. She said it was pending so may not go through. Any charge doesn't settle immediately so yes it was pending. She reassured me it would be fine. I began to ask twice how to correct it if the charge didn't fall off but she spoke over me and interrupted twice. After the charge settled on my card 5 days later, I called in to get a refund. The charges were a minute apart, and included identical prices for a tasting with tip included. I did a single tasting. The person on the other end was kind but asked for my receipt, which I couldn't provide since Erin told me it was a glitch so she couldn't give me one. She gave me a receipt for the second charge only. I told the person on the phone and she said twice that IF they can verify I was charged twice in their system they would refund. I encouraged her to watch the cameras to verify I did a single tasting and that I paid twice. After that she seemed to believe me and said that they should be able to get it to me fairly quickly. At this point a week later I don't have a refund. Erin wasn't the kindest person and lied to my face for a second sale and now I can't get my money back.I'm happy to adjust this review if this is corrected. Otherwise I will not return and neither will the group I came with. There are too many good options that take care of you to be double charged for no reason. Unfortunately I bought a bottle here too -_-.

1 hour 25 min and they forgot about our table so no food....We were told the Chef was going to come talk to us, we saw him walk up to the door to the kitchen and turned around.Didn’t even give us a reason for only our table being skipped. He didn’t even give the us the courtesy of an explanation.Canceled our membership and wont be coming back.If you coming to Temecula Valley on vacation don’t come here it will ruin your Southern California experience.

Slow service. Confused staff bringing wrong orders. Also bringing orders for other tables. Mediocre food. Drink your wine and leave the rest if you must.
