The Chipotle Eggs Benedict is unique to 1882 and it is delicious. We make it a point to plan our Sunday breakfast/brunch at 1882 specifically so we can enjoy this dish. Service was outstanding as always.

What can I say that others haven't? We had dinner on a Sunday afternoon at 4:30 and everyone from the hosts to the servers to the runners were super kind and gracious. We ordered the Surf and Turf Burrito and the carne asada tacos. We shared the guacamole and I had an horchata.
The surf and turf burrito was great! The presentstion was beautiful. Both sauces had a decent flavor, the shrimp and carne asada were cooked perfectly. So many places serve surf and turf burritos with rubbery shrimp and tough asada, not 1882. Every bite was flavorful and packed with protein. Honestly for $28 you could do a lot worse.
The free chips and salsa were delicious, crunchy chips, not oily and well salted. The salsa was citrus forward with zero heat. Perfect if you don't like spice.
The guacamole was a generous portion and incredibly flavorful. A nice balance of savory and salty with a touch kf lime.
The carne asada tacos were also cooled perfectly, the citrus marinade they use in for the asada really shone theough on this dish. Our only critique is that the beans lacked flavor. Almost as if the cooks forgot to use salt.
The horchata was decent. You can tell it was premade due to the consistency but it was still good.
All in all, we'll be back!

10/10!!! The food was perfection, the margs were lit, and the staff was so friendly. Definitely coming back here.

It seems that most of the staff members (waiters, bussers, etc.) we've grown to love at 1882 have been let go. Due to this overhaul, there's no staff left to cover breakfast anymore so they're only open from 12PM to 8/9PM. Extremely disappointing.

Took my wife for her bday to go gamble. We got hungry and decided to try 1882. There was no wait and we got seated right away. Chips and salsa were brought out quickly. For about 15 minutes nobody stopped by to take our food or drink order. I tore into the chips and salsa like a hungry hippo until discovering a long blonde hair in the salsa. We decided to leave at that point. There was a group of employees congregating at entrance. I told who I assumed was the manager about the hair. He explained it was likely from the chili they use and not a hair; coincidentally, the server who brought the salsa had long blonde hair. Truly disappointing that he tried to argue the situation versus just apologize. I didn’t even have a chance to explain we were leaving because nobody came by our table to take our order. Terrible service, would not recommend.

They can never get a Togo order correct. I normally get upstairs in my room and find out they got every order dry or wrong am having to leave the food to get cold as I go down to wait ten minutes for the sauces or exchanges. This time I opened everything up at the host station and two employees watched me rudely like I was the problem only to yet again get up to the resort rooms and find out the salad I saw wasn't a Caesar (with extra Caesar dressing right for once) but a chopped salad with beans and corn and onions and sooo not what I ordered. There was literally no business there, it not that hard to get an order of three items right. Do better.

If you’re looking for delicious, flavorful Mexican food, 1882 Cantina at Pechanga is the place to go. My husband and I have eaten lunch here at least ten times, and we’ve also tried the Sunday Brunch — every visit has been outstanding.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a comfortable, upscale feel that still feels relaxed. The service is consistently excellent — friendly, attentive, and never rushed. You can tell the food is prepared by a real chef because the flavors truly pop in every bite.
The tacos, enchiladas, chicken tortilla soup, and especially the battered fish tacos are all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The salsas and sauces taste homemade, and every dish feels thoughtfully crafted.
We’ve made this our go-to spot for a satisfying meal and a great experience every time. Highly recommend 1882 Cantina — it’s easily one of the best Mexican restaurants in the Temecula area!

We love our Mexican restaurants...and pretty much get the same thing to share...steak fajitas..
Wife and I are on a date 20 yrs in... And..
Steak is great but 2 tortillas, really.?.
Problem was, after we started to eat and noticed that there were 2....took the server a long time to check in...food was already cold (under the AC pounding on our table) when we got the 2 extra tortillas (a la cart))..but at the end our waitress replaced the one drink we were not crazy about..and we finished our food with enough joy not to let us down ... But there's more.... Because we are in a casino maybe, they have the restaurant muzak playing...which is great...but then off to the corner, they have a crappy instrumental playing (live) that is completely different style... My wife is about to get a headache... One corner ..lively salsa..8. The other.... falksy ..non.rythmic something..not even going to call it music..

Director of Ethics Ron Randazzo is all over facebook posting racist bigoted comments. If this is who they want representing them, they will no longer get my business.
we had a bad experience here with the bartender name, Alma. She was very rude. Pechanga could do a better job of hiring people.
