I have yet to have GREAT wine in Temecula AND great service, but Lorenzi fully delivered on both. I was very impressed with their wine and the staff. A member took me here while I was on vacation. The wines were exceptional, but the whole experience was made beyond the exceptional wine by Tammy. She not only knew the member I was with but EVERY SINGLE ONE that walked in! She knew who they were, she asked about their family members by name and what their favorite wine was! Amazing Wine. We visited about 15 wineries in the area an Lorenzi’s was definitely in the top 5 for overall experience. They had a good selection of wine. Everything we tried was pretty awesome. They have an awesome wine membership so we signed up after trying one wine. We did the VIP experience which was totally worth the price as everything was delicious. Overall if you’re looking for top quality wine with great customer service then give this place a try.
