The food quality is trash or the workers who make the food just don’t care. And I tipped them extra money and they still gave me a nasty pizza and old stale cheese sticks!

Maybe you could change the oil in the fryer instead of frying the garlic knots in spoiled old oil, terrible rancid bitter garlic knots!

Look what was just delivered....I spoke to Jenny the shift manager, I told her the driver dropped my pizza and I sent them a picture. She said somebody just ran in the store and stole a pizza and she did not have time to deal with this. What does that have to do with me?She said they were swamped, and there was nothing that she could do at the time. she said that I can come and pick up another pizza but I advised her that I ordered the pizza for delivery and I paid a delivery charge, so why would I come back to the the store and order another pizza. I asked to speak to the general manager, and she said that he was out on deliveries and couldn't talk to me and she hung up on me again. Crazy y'all suck!

First time ordering here and all I can say is stay far away from this place. Our pizza was hard as a rock and ice cold. By far the most disgusting pizza I have ever had. Will never be back.

Been wanting to try Papa John's for years and finally did today. The customer service was far less than what I expected. The young man who helped me didn't smile and when he said my pizza was ready I thanked him only to have him turn his back on me, say nothing and walk away. There were 3 people working and I would swear none of them liked their job. First impressions mean everything so I hope the owner can do something to make you more welcome. There are way too many pizza places to choose from.The pizza was just ok and the crust was doughy, although the topping were good. Not sure I would ever go back and would pay a little more to go to the Pizza place almost right next door.
Definitely not my favorite pizza. I went in to pick up my order and I stood there for a few moments while the guy looked for my order. He handed it to me and went about his business. I stood there for about five minutes and then asked the guy if he was going to ring me up and he said "hold on"... But he didn't do anything. It was kinda funny and I started to think that I was being pranked. So I wait a bit longer and I tell the guy I ready to pay and go... But somehow, he started moving around and told me the payment machine is down and he'll be right back, then he disappeared. After a few more minutes another employee came out and changed the register tape. I asked them if I can pay for it and he checked me out. It was strange. The place is probably ok, but I don't like people playing games with me.

Ordered the garden veggie papa bowl, and a quarter of the bowl was empty and filled with liquid. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

I tried to order online but it kept giving me an error message so I drove there, put in my order after they decided who was going to do it. I was told it sepupu take 15mins so i walked to Albertsons and did some grocery shopping that took a while, came back and still the pizza was not ready. I sat there and waited another 10 mins at least. Anyway, this is my 1st time trying papa John's pizza. I was not happy with the crust, it was hard, but where the sauce is, it is doughy, flavor is lacking, ingredients are lacking even though I got The Works.

I ordered online and the pizza was ready when I got there. The quality is very consistent. I like Papa John's pizza but it is not gourmet and not the best out there. But if you use the online specials it's a good deal. I can get three large pizza for under$30. Another pizza place nearby charges that for one pizza!
