Been wanting to try Papa John's for years and finally did today. The customer service was far less than what I expected. The young man who helped me didn't smile and when he said my pizza was ready I thanked him only to have him turn his back on me, say nothing and walk away. There were 3 people working and I would swear none of them liked their job. First impressions mean everything so I hope the owner can do something to make you more welcome. Definitely not my favorite pizza. I went in to pick up my order and I stood there for a few moments while the guy looked for my order. He handed it to me and went about his business. I stood there for about five minutes and then asked the guy if he was going to ring me up and he said "hold on"... But he didn't do anything. I tried to order online but it kept giving me an error message so I drove there, put in my order after they decided who was going to do it. I was told it sepupu take 15mins so i walked to Albertsons and did some grocery shopping that took a while, came back and still the pizza was not ready.
