Good option for BBQ ribs. I recommend the pork ribs — generous portion and reasonable price. On the other hand, the beef ribs were very dry and overcooked, not worth the price. The BBQ sauce has a good flavor, and they offer a nice variety of sides.

Kids liked the boneless ribs. The link/sausage was mediocre at best (i even had a piece of bone in mine). Hamburger looked good. My side house salad sucked. It was plain lettuce with a tomato cut up on top. Nothing else. Overall it was over priced. The sides are over priced and have to be purchased separately. Far cry from a real Texas BBQ restaurant. I’d recommend going to Texas Roadhouse for a lot better quality and price. Live and learn.

I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit to Phil's. The staff was genuinely friendly. Service was excellent. No long wait times. I came in to have a beer and place a to go order. I had the baby backs, beans and potato salad. I'm a bar b que connoisseur and when someone tells me about a bar b que restaurant, I'm somewhat skeptical. However, I was very impressed with the baby backs. They were absolutely delicious! I always order my meat dry so I can really taste the flavor. The meat was very tender, had good flavor and the right amount of smoke. It was so good I almost forgot to put bar b que sauce on it. The sauce was delicious and the potato salad was good also. I wasn't too excited about the beans. The price was right. I will be back.

I went for lunch and got a BBQ pulled pork sandwich to share with my husband.
The bun was a bit burnt, and the BBQ sauce on the meat was a bit sparse, so the sandwich was a tad dry. The tables didn’t have any BBQ sauce, just ketchup, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and a bottle of malt vinegar—I’m not a fan of vinegar.
The onion rings weren’t my favorite either.
However, the coleslaw was really good.
The service was quick and efficient.
