I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit to Phil's. The staff was genuinely friendly. Service was excellent. No long wait times. I came in to have a beer and place a to go order. I had the baby backs, beans and potato salad. I'm a bar b que connoisseur and when someone tells me about a bar b que restaurant, I'm somewhat skeptical.
