Ice cream is amazingly good but the staff is incredibly unfriendly. Particularly Alyssa and Angela. Never seen more rude and annoyed people working at any establishment. They talk bad about other people. Would of gave more stars but the staff didn't care and most unprofessional.

We were so excited when this opened up as we love going to Their other locations. Giving it 4 stars because every time we go to the Temecula location, the taiyaki fish is cold and extra crunchy like it’s been sitting there for ever before they serve it to us.

it was nice to finally see somi somi in temecula. But the foul smell outside just ruins the vibe. only two tables were there no inside sitting and the tables outside were all covered in dried ice cream.
The worker Alyssa and Angela were talking bad about other customers. Ice cream place is nice but the workers are rude They need to teach them proper service

I love Somi Somi! I can’t believe we got one in Temecula now. It’s so good, as always. I wish they’d bring back the taro filling in the taiyaki 🥲

Used to drive to Mira Misa to have Somi Somi and we were so excited it’s finally here. Me and my son were so excited but Alyssa, the one serving the ice cream around 4 pm Sept 19, rolled her eyes and made face to my son. 💔 He is 3 yo and was so excited with all the selection of toppings he can choose from. There’s only 2 guys behind us and I feel like a little patience to a little kid excited for his ice cream and toppings won’t take that long. He chose rainbow sprinkles and fruity pebbles. We still enjoyed our ice creams and tayakis though this momma’s heart is broken for my son.
