You people need to do something about your drive thru. You have cars lined up blocking the driveway out and when school gets out it's 3 times worse. People don't care about if there blocking your way out.

They were so amazing at helping with my email gift card. Funny enough, I asked to speak to the manager to let them know what a wonderful experience I had with the 2 people doing the drive through. The man told me she is the manager. I was like all yall keep up the good work. Made my day start of right

The baristas always stick their heads out the drive-through window and watch you press the tip button. If you hit no tip, they give you your hot drink without a sleeve or they walk away from the window immediately, leaving your drink sitting there for a few minutes while they come back and take more orders while ignoring your drink and keeping their back to you. Why would I want to tip for service like that? It's happened at least 3 times that I can count.

This Starbucks store alone Starbucks #14486 before and during the Pandemic was a fun vibrant cool awesome Starbucks store to go to with fun and friendly customer service. However in April or May of 2021 Customer service overall has gone down the drain from Store Manager to Shift Supervisors and Baristas when I do pay visits everytime I walk in it feels like a very strict store now and that does not sit well with me the atmosphere almost feels like you're walking into the principals office at school. I feel like this Starbucks Store #14486 needs a new Store Manager new Shift Supervisors and Baristas who are experienced and know what good customer service truly is also this store is always short staffed. I personally won't go back to this store until there's change a good change.
