Sorry that I have to come here and leave a bad review but I give this place a lot of chances, I keep coming to buy drinks but so bad quality in the coffee always flavorless and a lot of ice on the drinks, this location is in the way to my daughter school so we always want to stop and get drinks but I always ended regretting it ,I have to go to Starbucks on Albersons better taste and quality

My son is a frequent visitor of this location on Rancho California and Margarita Road in Temecula. It’s on our way from his school to our home. He was sick at home last Tuesday and he wanted to order something to make him feel better and asked me to go pick it up while he waited at home. When I picked up his order and delivered him, he told me that was the wrong drink they prepared. He said they gave him chai latte instead of what he ordered. Him being sick didn’t want to drink something.. He asked me if I can go back and get the right order. I called them because I didn’t wanna drive back in hopes that we can let them know about the situation .. This was very frustrating because it was the second time in one week of the period they actually got his order wrong. Phone did not work and at one point I thought I was hang up on. When I went to location and told them They prepared the wrong drink, and they don’t answer their phone , I was treated very poorly. She just grabbed the drink from my hand no apologies nothing and hurried and fix another drink and just throw it on the counter like I was a big inconvenience for her. . When I went home, my son said. this was The Worst drink he ever had. She either didn’t put enough flavor that he paid for it or she just completely fixed something else for him,. I called customer service number for Starbucks and I was told District Manager will get back to me in three business days to ask me about my experience. He did not get back to me at all. I emailed the customer service at Starbucks no response back. I guess if district manager or corporate office doesn’t care about the customer service store associate’s attitude shouldn’t surprise me . this is the fastest way to lose a loyal customer . It’s so sad customer service is this thing in the past..

I go to a lot of Starbucks, and for the most part, they're all decent (except for one, and I'm not going to bash it), but this one stood out. Not because their drinks are any better, but because the customer service there is exceptional! I usually go to the one by my house on my way but now I'll wait until I'm at my destination to get it from here!

We travel out of your way to this location, usually evening/weekends. Drinks are excellent here, compared to others I’ve gone to, and they’re super quick with excellent customer service. Also this location is super clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These people are wonderful! I was craving sweets and the holiday pastries. They didn’t have any but had chocolate chip cookies. Felt so blessed with the special love ❤️ thank you young man. I needed this extra blessing. Made my day ?
