Phenomenal Customer service! Marilyn the store Supervisor was simply AMAZING! After sharing my bad experience while traveling earlier in the day at another location out of State... she rectified the situation with care, compassion and pure excellence. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!!
We were visiting Temecula for a wedding, had flown in from Georgia. I was craving Starbucks so we went to the nearest one and I ordered my usual fave, iced chai tea latte… and in general I prefer Starbucks for this drink because they usually do a very good job (some places charge me $6 and it tastes like they gave me a cup of milk…) however this location had the best chai tea latte by far! They had the spices in it to perfection!!! I even made my bf try it so he could understand...
