This has to be one of the most disgusting subs I’ve ever eaten at Subway. The bread was rock hard, crack a tooth and cut the roof of your mouth hard. I order 2-4 times a month but at the location off of Rancho Cal. (I did not get it toasted). I couldn’t even eat it.

charged me for Tuna Sandwish 14.5 dollars and forgot to put the Tuna. She wanted to charge me extra for Tuna for a total of 20 dollars sandwich when I returned. Instead of apologizing and giving me either another sandwich or not charge me at all. Will never return to this place. VERY poor customer service..

I drove 15 miles here I ordered a veggie patty sandwich just to get back to my place to realize there’s no veggie patty in it. The employee Sonia made the sandwich. I called the store to ask if it was a mistake that there was no veggie patty and if I can get the sandwich remade and they said i can Come back and bring the sandwich so they can remake it 15 miles there I asked if I can come tomorrow . I had ate 1/2 of the sandwich without realizing there was no veggie patty I’m not gonna drive 15 miles on an unacceptable avoidable mistake. My sandwich was the only sandwich that the employee was working on. There wasn’t a single person in there. Had the employee properly read the receipt I wouldn’t have to write this review I ate half of the sandwich, I can’t get a refund. The employee Sonia @7:35pm should have been paying attention to the receipt there is no excuse as to why I have to write this review and go in tomorrow to speak to the manager about why their employees are incompetent and can’t read a ingredient list I paid extra for the veggie patty. Reading receipts throughly should be mandatory and simple. Never coming to this location again. I’m contacting corporate.

Excellent work! This location was very busy at lunch today and there was only one employee making subs. There was a woman in line that absolutely unnecessarily freaked out on this one young man that was working so hard. Justice (maybe Justin?) was the employee and he handled this unfortunate interaction very professionally, and cheerfully. He then made everyone's subs with a smile.

This location continuously puts online orders in front of walk-in customers. I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes to get a sandwich. If you’re in a sandwich shops that make you wait for online orders. This is a great place for you. If you’re gonna prioritize online orders then don’t take walk-ins. Make us order online and I’ll be fine with that.

Up until very recently My family loved going to Subway. Until they started charging people $12 dollars for a footlong sub When it used to cost $6 Thanks to a new menu change Its now apparently called a titian sub and so they jack up the prices. Im taking my family else where

Even though you won't find a $5 footlong anymore thanks to super-inflation, you can still get a nice custom made sandwich. Two footlongs and two cookies will run you almost $30 nowadays. However, this store has not let me down. The employees are fast and nice here. The one closer to Butterfield near the old Best Buy is hit or miss. Sometimes they are closed until 11am. I'm sure it's due to staffing issues.

I love subway, we go so often . Experience lately hasn’t been the greatest. Josh has poor customer service . When I walked in he didn’t say welcome he was doing other stuff and didn’t attend me until for a good 6/7 minutes when he started seeing more people come in all at once . Gave major attitude. Felt very uncomfortable him making my sandwhich .
