We requested. "Grooms Cake" for our son's rehearsal dinner. We had a unique request, and Ursula and Sweet Story Bakery delivered. The ordering process was seamless and timely! The cake was exactly what we wanted and we had comments from guests all night, stating how unique it was and that it was the best tasting cake they ever had. I would absolutely use them again in the future and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

I came across their kiosk at the mall and tried their sweets my eldest daughter loved their alfajores and I personally loved their sweet empanada.. Thats why I decided to inquire for my daughter's 1st birthday cake and I was so satisfied with the outcome of her cake, it is just the right balance of taste and our guests loved it too.. And their service is so good the staff at kiosk are so friendly and even the one who answers my question via DM. Will definetly recommend them to everyone I know.

3rd star for the delicacy created at Ursula's Sweet Story. I star deduct because of their informal packing process. 1 star deduct because the owner was not very friendly. Here is my story Macarons : Each macaron is in a small separate plastic bag then thrown into a package. So if you order A dozen, you will have 12 macarons stuffed in this package. Truth be told, I don't think 12 macarons would find in that bag.... maybe they will put it into 2 bags? I know where was only one size for the package because I asked.... They did have boxes which fit 4 macarons but seasonal. As a matter of coincidence the owner just happened to be there so I was able to ask him why they didn't have boxes.... I tried to explain that macarons faced a good chance of getting smashed or damaged in the package but it made no difference to the owner. Our CSR at the kiosk was the best experience of my visit to Sweet Story. According to my receipt her name was Alyssa. She was so very enthusiastic about her job and the sweet morsels she was selling. That in itself made me want to buy every flavor and every variety they had. Final point- they are not cheap as each macaron is sold at a minimum of $3 each. If you want the seasonal decorated ones; the price goes up. BUT it was good so if you are willing to spend $3 per macaron, then, this is the place for you.

Drove 45 minutes to purchase macarons, arrived around 6:30 today and there was no one there. I waited around in hopes that someone would show, hoping that maybe they took a break and forgot to put a sign up. No one showed after 15-20 minutes so I left, what a disappointment. I had intent on purchasing two dozen macarons.

From the initial order to set up this family knows what customer service is. We ordered a three tier cake along with dozens of alfajores, our guests were amazed at how delicious our desserts were. Every detail on their presentation shows just how dedicated they are to providing A+ service. I highly recommend the vanilla flavored cake.
I stumbled upon Sweet Story Company a couple months back. I was looking for some last minute items to add to a surprise birthday party. Sweet Story came to my rescue! Their empanadas and macarons were a hit at the party. My husband loved them so much, I made sure ordered more for his birthday. My favorite part is how responsive their team is. They answered all my questions I sent their way. We will definitely be using them for our next event. Thank you Sweet Story!

so..i ordered a dragon ball z cake for my nephews birthday this week and i really hyped up the cake due to the many nice reviews this place had. but to be honest i was so disappointed the moment we opened the cake in front of everyone. the base was beautiful with the orange and the clouds but then i saw the edible image and it didn't look like the picture i had sent in. it looked like someone drew it and that was pretty awful. as for the taste of the cake it wasn't anything special. honestly sams club is better and more moist. i was going to order from sams but they couldn't do the edible image so i trusted these guys to do it and it was just embarrassing. anyways, as for the actual cake, it was pretty dry and hard, and the frosting was so thick and tasted like crisco. it was probably left in the fridge for too long or something but it was a very disappointing experience. i appreciate the effort and the great costumer service but yea, never again.
