Never have I been told by a hostess that a restaurant has a 75-95 minute wait because the kitchen got backed up. They didn’t offer people drinks or to sit and have easy made apps… they had 50 people waiting outside and most of those left. Absolutely embarrassing that they couldn’t run the restaurant right at around 5:30pm on a weekend. Might never go back
