I absolutely hate the stupid ai in the drive thru. Its bad enough I have to deal with stupid ai when on the phone with literally any business and ahave to fight to get a real person. But now I have to deal with more stupid ai in the drive through. I love tcp bells food but I wont be back till the ai is gone. Its so bad at its job and needlessly frustrating

The freezes were fine, it's what I went through the drive thru for, but the cinnamon twists were awful. They tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil. YUCK 🤮 personally I don't eat fast food, it was just the freeze I wanted but I took a chance I I regret ordering the twists. Ugh........

I came here and ordered two bean burritos. I received what appeared to be baby food wrapped loosely in a mid grade tortilla. The beans were so watered down that everything sunk to the bottom when I held the burrito in my hand vertically. It was as if I was holding a cup with regurgitated beans in it. Absolutely disgusting! You raise the price but water down the beans!

I was driving by feeling hungry late at night and then spotted a Taco Bell ahead of me. I was grateful the Taco Bell was still open as the rest of the street was dark. I placed my order the employees were sweet and I was on my way.

Best Taco Bell in Temecula/Murrieta, but they have written the wrong label on our food more than once now.
I'm vegetarian and my food was labeled "chicken" or "meat" and my friend's food that had meat was labeled "black bean" or "no meat".
