My daughter and I went here for lunch we were greeted by the hostess who checked us in and about three minutes later our booth was ready to be seated another hostess came who was going to seat us BUT we had to wait for her to finish up her conversation with another hostess before we were seated and it wasn’t about work. We were seated and our server came and took our drink and appetizer order she came back with bread and my drink (iced tea) she didn’t come back with my daughters drink (strawberry lemonade) we ate bread and waited for our other beverage I was going to ask when our server came back with the other beverage. We had put in our order at this time because we kind of figured that it would be a bit. We received our appetizer in a timely manner but our lunch order took a long time to receive, we had finished the bread and appetizer and drank our beverages slowly. By the time that we received our food we only eaten a little portion so we had taken the rest for home. We had realized that we forgot our food on the table and called ( huge mistake) Cara answered the phone and I explained my situation and was put on hold for a few songs when a different person came on and I again explained my situation to be put on hold again for another three songs and a very long version of hallelujah. I hung up and called back asking for a manager to be put on hold again by Cara and AGAIN no one came to the phone which I was just forgotten about when I just wanted to know if they had put our bag aside or not.

He was friendly and nice and focused on providing excellent customer service. He brought our food right away and checked on us a few times and kindly offered to pack our leftovers. Ordered three meals for takeout and when I got home, I only had received two meals. I called them and they said that they would put my name on the list and when I came in next time just speak to the manager. When I called the Manager answered her name was Mae She said they don’t do business that way, and that she would not honor the meal that I had paid for. So beware when you pull out of the parking lot, make sure you have all of your food

Excellent service, nice setting. A bit noisy. Food is typical chain food. Too much salt in everything. You really can't tell the difference among any of these chain restaurants. The food taste the same.The one difference here is the cheesecakes. I didn't have any, but they look great.Expensive.Vegetarian options: Beyond burgers and some pastas. Nachos no meat but must request.

I ordered my food more than an hour ago and people that came in after me got their food before me and i am soooo hungry and they just take so long i can’t do this. and i got my food last even though i ordered before all of my family.
Steak Diane was a disappointment! Beef was tough, not tasty! Mashed potatoes seemed a bit dry. We spent over $125 for 4 guests. Will not be back soon!
