The food is amazing, the first time getting food from there, I did not dine in, just picked up food for my birthday. Had a gift card to use. It was a bit of wait for the food, but the wait was worth it. The cooks did an amazing job. Friendly staff that answered all the questions I had. The first time ever at this place, I love the food. They have a big menue too.
Just always to crowded and not enough staff to give proper customer service and just to loud with bar folks just talking about nothing but nothing.

This was our first bad experience here at Cheesecake Factory, The fish was undercooked, and they french fries were cold.
The Key Lime Cheesecake was excellent. Our waitress was very unitenitive. She never asked if we wanted more bread. We had to get her attention to ask for more ice tea, and she brought us our bill before we got a chance to order Cheesecake.
I'm not sure if it was the end of her shift or if she was just having a bad day.
