It's always a special experience to pop into the Daisy. It's a rare gem featuring unique, wholesome personality in all aspects. The cocktails (and mocktails) are creative and delicious. The bartenders are goofy, talented folks who love banter and a mixology challenge. It's become a fun game to describe a mood and witness one of the guys manifest the perfect drink to match. Otherwise, they make a mean martini, Sazerac, & Old Fashioned. The B-movie horror films on the tv in the background offset the groovy eclectic decor and funky vibes. We love people who work so hard to craft wonderful experiences for their guests. They do themed events too! The Smok'd Hog is a lovely complement to this bar, with truly yummy offerings (brisket burger & hot chicken sandwich w/ extra slaw yes please). Went to the cookhouse for fish tacos and decided to grab a drink at the Daisy while there. The bartender was friendly and made a great old fashioned. In fact, it was good enough to order another after I was done eating.

Stopped in for a few drinks with husband because Local Provisions next door doesn't have liquor. Drinks here were very good and well balanced. Atmosphere decorated rustic with neat touches like the mushroom glass decor pictured.

Came out for a work function, few drinks and food. The bartender was a bit rude from the start, didn't think much of it until I saw him interact with a customer that brought drinks back that where to strong. His interaction with the customer then confirmed that he was just a rude guy or having a bad day. Friday night bar wasn't busy by anymeans. Bartender with the man bun and rainbow bracelet, do better, it's okay to smile once in a while. Drinks where mediocre at best, jamo and sprite was very weak and watery, margarita was also weak and watery.

Was excited to try this place. Have followed them on Instagram for awhile. Went up asked for a menu. Was really indecisive on what to order. The drink they just served to a couple looked really good so I asked what it was and he said “oh just some thing that he made them”.Well ok, maybe a better response would have been “it’s this that and the other, would you like to try one”? Obviously I was interested and it looked good to me. But they were just not the friendliest and very unwelcoming. Felt like I was bothering them so just dropped my menu and left. From the looks of other reviews sounds like I’m not the only one who has gotten their rude vibe either.

I enjoyed the atmosphere, but the bar tenders seem to have a focus on their regulars. The drinks are very inconsistent. I ordered the same drink a few weeks ago and it seemed completely different today, making it less enjoyable. Overall the bar was clean and they had alcohol choices, so it was just about average, the kind of place where everyone might know your name if you come often.REPLY TO OWNER: Pineapple Margarita, Hawaiian (forget the name), those two were not garnished as they were before. We ordered two the same drinks and they tasted different. The bigger issue was the bartender was not very warm. Seemed like we were bothering him; I get it we all have our days, but it really wasn't the first or only bartender that we experienced like that. I hope this helps lead to some improvements, but frankly, it won't stop me from drinking at the Daisy.

This is a hidden gem at the Vail Headquarters. They make really great dinks! My go-to is Long Island Iced tea and they made it really well. They never skimped on the alcohol and that's why it was really amazing!

Super cute bar, location is great really wanted to love this place however staff that helped us out was RUDE not trying to anwser any questions seemed very impatient for us to pick somthing already & kept walking away to talk to other staff when we wanted help with drink orders.
