LEARN TO WEAR GLOVES,I sat there and watched 3 of you make my food..the baby face little boy never washed his hands and never put on gloves,he handled cash and debit cards then wiped his hands on his hoodie then touched pickles and bunds with out gloves...then the older guy went to the bar hung out and came back and never washed his hands and touched all the food...the bold guy wearing gloves and washed his hands was the cook..this was Friday around 730...this is nasty...thus is why u don't tip before hand....imagen..they prob take a piss th come back to work

It’s so cute inside!!I got Mac n cheese and it was cold and under seasoned. Chicken again cold and under seasoned. Brisket cold with a nice seasoned crust but that’s were the flavor stops. The brisket did melt in your mouth but definitely is lacking flavor. It was 1:30pm when we went not busy at all and it was Sunday. Everyone was nice and friendly. But the food really needs help. Oh I did get “collard greens” yes cold the meat that was in it was over cooked and dried out, the greens had a can flavor the broth was the only thing that had any flavor and I think it was the amount of salt that was added. Would not go here or recommend this to anyone. My husband liked the brisket sandwich that he covered in bbq sauce so…

Brisket was terrible, had a bad smoke. Tasted like it was in black smoke. The ribs had a great smoke flavor, but they use cheaper rib cut with just the stub of a bone.

I'm going to be completely honest and tell you that the only thing we had was the brisket. We had already ordered food elsewhere and this was a last second addition to that. Brisket is our measuring stick when it comes to BBQ and this place serves the best we've had. We will definitely come back and try out the rest of the menu and update review at that time.
Stopped here on our way home from a trip to the desert and we weren't disappointed! I got the brisket with beans and Mac and cheese. My husband got the pulled pork sandwich. All things were amazing! I personally thought my brisket was better . The spicy bbq sauce went well with everything and didn't have too much of a kick so I was able to enjoy that and the smoked flavor of the meat too. This place is located inside a food hall and is very clean/welcoming. There's a full bar they own right next to the service counter too! There's a bathroom right outside, just ask for the code beforehand. If you have little ones there is a little park with a bridge and slide. They also have an outdoor patio so dogs are welcome . Go enjoy this gem!

Take this review lightly. Others seem to love it but Everything isn't for everyone. Although the ribs were good, I won't go back here. don't understand the hype. Maybe we went in a bad day. The food was not good. The tater salad was flavorless. It was topped with bacon but the bacon had no flavor. How is that possible? The baked beans were a weird taste of sweet and spicy. Not a fan. The max and cheese was way over cooked and watery. Are you familiar with the brand of canned greens called "Glory greens"? That's what the greens tastes like. They actually tasted a little burnt. The ribs were very good but the BBQ sauce was horrible. My husband enjoyed the sandwich and didn't say much about it. He was famished.

Brisket, pulled pork and Mac was ok. BBQ sauce is like flavored ketchup and is disgusting. Worst sauce Ive had. Cornbread was flat and needs butter and honey. Chicken was not shredded. This place could be really good with just a few tweaks.

So I don't venture to touristy places too too much. Usually over priced and quality is no good. But this place in the Vail. Super cute. The food. OH m g stop the presses. My husband and I tried "the best BLT eva" and were not at all disappointed. Super good. Oh and a side of tater salad. .. so good. The setting is communal. So it's super cute like open area. Ya can eat and chat with people around you. It is cute. I loved it. The service was quick and friendly and really informative. I enjoyed all of this experience.
