We had an exceptional dining experience. Joshua our bartender, Mark our waiter made our experience a wonderful memory. The supporting staff within the restaurant was exceptional as well. And the chef who cooked our filets was masterful presenting one medium rare filet, and one medium filet. Exceptional.
Very professional and personable staff. All were knowledgeable about the food, the wine, and pairing wine with food. Wines are always outstanding! Even with a concert the night of our dinner, there were no obstacles or challenges getting in the restaurant or leaving.
We went to dine before a concert, and very much enjoyed our experience. We were not rushed, although was mentioned that the kitchen was getting slammed. Our waiter , Mike from Carter, was friendly and helped to recommend bottle of wine. Had the soup, which was potato chorizo which was amazing. Filet cooked perfectly, the sauce was delicious.
