Made online order. Went to pick up order and they have no Coke in machine. Tell me they need to refill machine and I say I'll wait in car. Come back in 10 minutes later and tell me they are out of Coke. Why am I paying for a combo with a drink and can't get a drink. Poor customer service and uninformed staff. I had choice ow which location to visit and wouod not have chosen this location if out of Coke.

Very disappointed $20 was spent on these fries! Ordered 2 large fries, both well-done w/extra fry seasoning & instead received raw potatoes that majority weren’t even cut into fries, with literally no seasoning that were super oily and all stuck together. The lady who we watched make them was completely overwhelmed and confused while 3 guys were just sitting in the back who she asked for help from numerous times. For some reason this location seems to struggle when it comes to competent employees and decent quality food because this is not the first, or second time I’ve received soggy, undercooked rushed fries.

Overall one of the best wingstops I have been to. I usually get my order on time and the guys are friendly and efficient. Their wings always taste great. Some wing stops have bad cooks but this one has great cooks.

This location is my favorite Wingstop. It's best to get your sauce and seasonings on the side so you can control the amount that goes on your food, as some people can be a little heavy handed. But the employees are nice and friendly.

This location is TOP on my list. Ordering was made easy with the help of the awesome cashier (very polite and friendly) as we waited for our food we got an update on how our order was going and not only to us but to others who were waiting. The kitchen was working hard with great attitude and getting orders out fast and efficient. The food was delicious! The tenders were perfectly cooked (hot, crunchy and chicken was still juicy) our boneless were coated nicely and also cooked to perfection. We had our order to go but the ambience was so good we decided to dine in. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service even after we got our food they made sure our order was right and everyone was very friendly. We will now make this our go to for wings. Thank you for a great experience. Wish I had the names of these great people but you know who you are.

Feathers in my wings disgusting had to throw them all out none could be salvaged try the one on parkway they are better
Wingstop got my order wrong by not providing half the amount of boneless wings and ranch sauce so I angrily returned wanting a refund but one of the kind workers carried himself with professionalism and told me I can keep the order they got wrong and they will make me a new fresh batch with no charge. I offered to give a tip as a thank you for making it right for me but he smiled and told me no thank you. Despite them getting it wrong, the customer service I experienced was pretty damn good in my opinion.

Don’t ever think about ordering wings here to go past 10 pm because they will drizzle the sauce over the wings instead of tossing them to save dishes. Also they hire some very unprofessional people that use foul language and threaten their customers. Also they put way too much lemon pepper on the fries to the point where you can’t even swallow it.

There’s absolutely no point in ordering ahead on the app. They don’t start working on your order until you arrive at the end of the expected time window. However, they’ll still falsely mark your order “Complete” on their end within the expected time window— probably to appease corporate. Incompetence is one thing, but dishonesty is a whole new low. Manager said it was because they were busy, but that doesn’t explain why five walk-ins received their food before me. Never come to this location.
