Love this place. The workers are always kind even tho I know they’re melting in the heat in the kitchen. Always get my orders right and never takes an excessive amount of time. Victor, was one of the names on my receipt and the other gentleman and woman working with him (may 15th 4:30pm) are awesome and even when I messed up ordering he fixed it for me. Thank you for being kind and providing great service!
I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.
The food quality was average, and the customer service was polite and friendly. However, the wait time for food was longer than expected. The store feels a bit outdated and could use some maintenance. One issue I noticed was the loud fan that turns on when the door closes, which sometimes requires reopening and closing the door to stop the noise. Overall, this location is more suitable for takeout rather than dining in.
