We love the flavors and the fresh fruits. The pineapple flavor was the best for me.
Always busy! I've been to both Temecula locations many times & it's busy but efficient! Fresh fruit & many toppings available. Really clean, friendly & delicious!

Acai bowls are the best around
I really love the yogurt flavors here, and the toppings are great. I would give this place a five star rating, however, there are many instances where the employees here are more than passive agressive. I understand that its late, and I understand that there are some kids who take the sample cups and leave without buying anything, but almost 9/10 times I have come here, the workers are rude, despite the fact that I am a respectful paying customer. The least you can do is pretend to enjoy doing your job, then mope about it in the back.
I too work in the food service industry, and I understand some days are bad, and sometimes, everything can get on your nerves, but the bare minimum to work with a welcoming attitude shouldn’t be that hard.

Flavors are good. Just maybe a little bit more flavors for the ones they have..Great toppings.
Don't say you have sugar-free when you don't. False advertising.

Great variety of flavors, clean space with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Not crowded. We paid $12 for two cups.
We've been going to Yogurt Factory for at least 8 years. It's always clean, well stocked and the staff are friendly. The yogurt is delicious, I personally love the plain tart which not every yogurt place makes well.
I'd highly suggest going to this yogurt shop if you haven't tried it.
Best Frozen Yogurt in town
Super clean, nice flavor selection. The workers use a brush to keep the toppings area clean and crumb free! They mopped and wiped down everything in the short time we were there. Absolutely will be back!

My go-to yogurt place to beat the SoCal heat! The best flavors and always fresh toppings. The seating area ia always clean, always see the staff cleaning up to keep the place spotless. Deijah, one of the cashiers, is always so friendly and remembers me when she sees me- thanks Deijah!
