Best tea in the area, I love their Ube milk tea.
4.5 - best boba in the area imo. Tried their taro and lychee butterfly in separate visits. You can taste the quality and authenticity of the tea. With minimum sugar it still tasted sweet. Customer service was a hit or miss. During one visit it was great, another was average.
