This place is a gem for its beef noodle soup, cold noodles, and the squid side dish. The food is simply amazing! However, the issue is the limited operating hours. The last time I visited at 2:30 PM, they were hesitant but eventually allowed me to dine. Unfortunately, during my recent visit at 2 PM, they were completely out of beef noodle soup and many other items, leading to an early closure. The friendly lady was nice to still let me order the dan dan noodle that had to be cooked...

Dai Ho is an amazing gem! We drive for over an hour regularly to have the sesame sauce dry noodles and the beef stew soup noodles! The entrees are priced very appropriately, though the sides are expensive at $15 per container. Highly recommend the bamboo - we never skip it.
