I was in the area and finally checked out Oops boba in temple city!I ordered the watermelon peach green with less sugar and less ice and it was surprisingly good! It's a small tea place with a few seating. You get about a 4% discount if you pay in cash. I like paying with card.Anyways, I would recommend.
Located off of very busy street. Lots of street parking available and a small parking lot in the back (which I didn't know about). Its a cute boba tea shop. Brightly lit with lots of tables and seating, sofa and small coffee table. Many things to choose from. My girls order the Messy Match and the hot Lavender Milk Tea. Both were good. Nice place to have a coffee or tea and hang out

Parking/Wait: There is a very small lot with ~5 spots. Never had problems parking there, and there is also a bunch of street parking.Food/Drinks: Their Earl Grey Milk Tea makes my knees weak. Never tried their food, but they have your typical Taiwanese snacks and more. Boba quality is also pretty good (very qq), but be careful if you want some when they are ~1 hr from closing (always out of boba by then). Ambiance/Service: Nice little shop with a bunch of seating.
