Manager Aleena is unwelcoming, rude and careless for customers order issues.(Doesn't even wear her name badge)^^^**Double check your order,, for items missing or other issues.**--missing sauces, peppers, heck even napkins...Save yourself the trip,, if you were looking for things to be made right.

Ordered a pizza. It's been two hours, and it hasn't arrived. Called, and no one answered. Called 20 minutes later, they said it was on the way. 25 minutes later, it still hadn't arrived. The store is 5 minutes away.

Poor service and rude drivers. Pizza is ok and having dominoes gift cards and rewards keep me coming back to dominoes but this Temple City location will not get my business again. I almost blew a gasket. Definitely not worth the headache.
Ordered online for pickup. Arrived 2 minutes past scheduled time and the lady said it was already picked up 15 minutes earlier. Took about 15 minutes to "investigate". Instead of wasting time asking all the other coworkers or looking online which can be understandable, but instead should have immediately started making new pizzas. 25 minutes later, got my order. Out of the 3 ordered, each with minimal amount of toppings, one came with a slice almost completely burned.

They used to be decent. But I gotta leave a review after the last 3 orders. I have ordered cheese pizza with 2 different cheeses as additional toppings. One whole slice had zero cheese. It was very sparse. And nearly half the pizza was bald. Also they answer the phone and hang up on you, when they dont want to deal with customers. Repeatedly. Have been getting all order wrong for the last 3 or 4 orders. Tonight, I ordered my pizza an hour ago and no updates. Thumbs down. Will have to find a better place. Service and pizza quality are very inconsistent at best.
