"Hidden gem" definitely describes Eden Thai. It's an unassuming little restaurant, but absolutely worth supporting. The food is great for the price (the pineapple fried rice is my personal favorite), and they have free delivery available. The owners are very sweet as well. Now that the pandemic is over, this place deserves a good update in interior decor to really get people to come in and stay for indoor dining!

The food is mostly good. Pad Thai and Pad See Ew noodles are both sightly "wet" than what I've been accustomed too. The Tom Yum is very well flavored and the chicken noodle soup is out of this world.The restaurant is getting a 5-star because of the service. The owner is a really nice lady who treated us very well and really created the atmosphere of dining at the local family owned restaurant where the owner cares about every plate and every customer.

Had a super memorable exchange with this mom and pop. Food is delicious and CHEAP. I got this big box of chicken pad see ew for only $7.50!!! Seriously the cheapest pad see ew around. I gave her $10 mostly in ones and told her to keep it. She then tried to give me back a few dollars and told me it was too much. I told her it was okay and it was for her excellent service. She retorted that I should've bought something else. We had a bit of back and forth before she finally accepted it.Even during times like these, small businesses stay humble. Highly recommend supporting and if you do, please keep in mind that it is a husband and wife team. Assuming due to covid, they don't have a full staff so please be patient with them.If Pad See Ew is not your thang, they also have a large variety of lunch specials 11am-3pm for only $5.50!!Street parking a plenty. I went on Monday and it looked closed but feel free to give them a call to double check and also knock on the door loudly.

This place is run by a sweet grandma and grandpa duo! Their lunch specials are such a great deal at $5.95. I ordered the chicken pad thai, which was a big portion for the price. It came with a side salad that had a delicious peanut sauce. The owners were so kind and accommodating to my requests. Would highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a local Thai restaurant to support!

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The restaurant looks like a run down place but I’m so glad I was introduced to this place. It has amazing lunch deals and prices that you don’t see nowadays due to inflation. The couple was so sweet and although I don’t like to smell of insensé and the wait time was a bit long, I’ll say it is worth it

the owners served and cooked for us on a Tuesday lunch and they were very welcoming and sweet! They made sure we were satisfied with our orders! The amount of food you get for the price is VERY WELL WORTH IT. They also offer free items if you order certain amount of $. Please support this local mom and pop shop, it's worth it :)

Owned by a very sweet Grandma and Grandpa. Their portions are very generous, and they gave us a Thai tea on the house! They are take out only, it's best to call ahead to make sure they have the ingredients for the dishes you want. We tried the Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and Eggplant with black bean sauce, all of the dishes were delicious. Great place for when you're craving Thai food.

Sue is absolutely the most friendliest, kindest restaurant owner you could ever meet! I have been going to Eden Thai since before my son was born- 22+ years. She called him "the Pad Thai baby" because we came so often! Sue is a joy and a refreshment in these challenging days and times. She and her small staff will make you feel like family and of course their food is great too. Support small, local businesses. I do and I highly recommend Eden Thai. You will like their clean, quaint, friendly atmosphere, with good food and affordable prices in beautiful Temple City California.
