Grand Harbor offers a mixed dining experience. The dim sum is satisfactory, but unimpressive in terms of value for money. Some servers can be unattentive or even rude, and the service is sooooo slow, with food taking a long time to be ready. However, the staff manage to maintain their composure during busy evenings. The menu features standout dishes like Whole Lobster on Noodles, Peking Duck, and Crispy Skin Piglet. The house special chicken was good but nothing special.
