There was a really weird smell on the east side of the room so we sat on the west side instead. The tables were kind of sticky too. Other than that our order came out delicious and timely. They might just be short staffed, without enough people to tidy the place regularly.

Lots of seating area and great location. However, drinks are overpriced for what it is but there are a lot of options. Also sells a lot of different desserts which is a bonus. Can get hot sometimes, because the AC is rarely opened.

I placed an order, but you left out something. You didn’t even put in any pre-made puddings, and it’s not your store, so why are you so reluctant? The phone can't be reached again, so I put some decorations there, what to put them in, and load them one by one. The service attitude is poor and the food is terrible. What's the point of hiring a store manager? They are just decorations. They should be closed down as soon as possible. They don’t need to be washed and there is no need to occupy a place.

Can’t believe you have to wait an hour for some desserts. Terribly understaffed and highly inefficient. You can see the staffs working hard but management’s brain is clearly filled with water by not hiring more staff or coming up with a more efficient workflow.

The brown sugar shaved ice was delicious with a great flavor, and the icy taro ball signature bowl was excellent as well. I really enjoyed the taro milk shaved ice, which also had a scoop of ice cream on top for an extra treat.

I tried to order delivery but I ordered 3 times no response at all until my order got canceled by delivery app automatically. I called several times, nobody answer the phone. If you are busy and cannot take the delivery order please don’t provide delivery option then! If don’t want to wait 10 more minutes to get a cancellation. I grabbed the drinks from the counter. The girl working behind the counter looked like she didn’t even want to address me. So I waited and she finally came and said this is your order. I had to ask for half and half and she gave me attitude. They made my drink wrong and the store wasn’t even busy.
I love meet fresh but man you need to hire people who wants to work with some decent customer service skills.
