I ordered via app and had someone pick it up. When I received my order I was missing a whole dessert with add ons. I tried to call twice that night and no one picked up the phone. Tried to call again in the morning and no one picked up. I’ve now been emailing them back and forth for a week with no resolution. Finally, they told me they won’t refund me for the missing item because I didn’t provide a picture. How can I provide a photo of something I never received?! Definitely won’t be going here again.

The second time here and they are still out of everything. No taro paste no mochi. And the staff says they will never make them. I mean almost every item on menu has taro paste, how could you not restock? Will never come again.

We really enjoy snowys. This was and icy.
Looks really good but once you finish the ice cream topping and the fruit, it’s not very flavorful. The noise level is too much.

Food itself is good. Had to go order, including a Grape Mango shaved ice plus 4 extra toppings for additional fee. When I got home, none of the extra toppings were included. Called the store number for solution, no one answered the call. Called 10 times.

Great tasting products. However, they ran out of egg waffle on a Saturday at 4pm. Unacceptable. Setting up a system to execute routine cleaning would be appreciated as the dining room is a little messy.

There was a really weird smell on the east side of the room so we sat on the west side instead. The tables were kind of sticky too. Other than that our order came out delicious and timely. They might just be short staffed, without enough people to tidy the place regularly.

Lots of seating area and great location. However, drinks are overpriced for what it is but there are a lot of options. Also sells a lot of different desserts which is a bonus. Can get hot sometimes, because the AC is rarely opened.

I placed an order, but you left out something. You didn’t even put in any pre-made puddings, and it’s not your store, so why are you so reluctant? The phone can't be reached again, so I put some decorations there, what to put them in, and load them one by one. The service attitude is poor and the food is terrible. What's the point of hiring a store manager? They are just decorations. They should be closed down as soon as possible. They don’t need to be washed and there is no need to occupy a place.

I don’t know what kind of superiority the waiter has in this store. The attitude of selling things makes people feel really uncomfortable. Once this happens, it will be even more annoying again. Forget it, there are places where you can’t consume it.
