I really love their classic dessert! It’s very authentic Taiwanese dessert I had when I was young. Regarding the drink, it only offers 50% or 100% sugar so we gave up trying. Really recommend this place!

Pulled up for Nikke event. Got robbed/scammed off the sticker sheet which I paid 6 dollars for only to be told by a worker that they ran OUT. This worker told me the sticker sheet ran out AFTER getting my order ready AND throwing away my receipt. After that the worker went along to process orders without paying no attention to me. No refund nothing at all. Sucks because everything else was fine.

Ordered boba/lychee milk tea. It tastes like watered-down sugar water, no tea or milk flavor. The bobas clumped together like a ping pong ball. Waste of money.

I ordered three orders of sesame rice balls (each order has two), but I only got one order in the bag. I tried calling the store, but no one answered. I also saw another review with the same problem, so I guess it’s really happening. I took photos right away as proof. Pretty disappointing.

I ordered via app and had someone pick it up. When I received my order I was missing a whole dessert with add ons. I tried to call twice that night and no one picked up the phone. Tried to call again in the morning and no one picked up. I’ve now been emailing them back and forth for a week with no resolution. Finally, they told me they won’t refund me for the missing item because I didn’t provide a picture. How can I provide a photo of something I never received?! Definitely won’t be going here again.

The second time here and they are still out of everything. No taro paste no mochi. And the staff says they will never make them. I mean almost every item on menu has taro paste, how could you not restock? Will never come again.

We really enjoy snowys. This was and icy. Looks really good but once you finish the ice cream topping and the fruit, it’s not very flavorful. The noise level is too much.

Great tasting products. However, they ran out of egg waffle on a Saturday at 4pm. Unacceptable. Setting up a system to execute routine cleaning would be appreciated as the dining room is a little messy.
