Love this place for a simple East asain desert. The deserts are not too sweet. Service is okay because I tend to go during their busier hours. The place is okay also it's not dirty but their bowls are stained by their deserts so it looks not well kept. Either way I love this place. My grandma also approves.

Very upset with their delivery packaging and service. Their phone number is almost pointless as they do not pick up when trying to reach them. We ordered from them several times via Uber and the packaging always seems to be tampered with or spilled within the bag (they don't package it securely). Recent order was for the family - a fresh milk oolong tea with 2/3 sugar, a pudding, a hot grass jelly #c, and an icy signature taro. Everything was delivered completely spilled within the bag and missing the icy signature taro completely. Very disappointing. The fresh milk oolong tea tastes like water with -2/3 sugar. Not so sure if this is just carelessness on their end while making and packing, or the Uber's fault for spilling out all of the sugar from the oolong milk tea.

My favorite item at Meet Fresh is the shaved ice. I usually get the Pudding and Q Mochi but accidentally ordered the wrong one on the menu. Something I wish they changed was having the option to order at the self menu screen or with a cashier. I could tell a lot of people get confused with the menu screen. There's almost no interaction with any of the workers besides them calling your number. Everything is pretty self done. I am not a fan of their drinks because it tastes like whole milk and tea mixed together; it doesn't really taste like milk tea. It can get really crowded day or night, weekday or weekend. Be prepared to wait for your dessert and to order! It is also hard on the weekend to get a seat/table.

Love the options and taste of the desserts. I love that everything is not overly sweet. The interior was a bit messy with tables not cleaned regularly. A bit unorganized, but worth the visit

As a Taiwanese girly, I love my Taiwanese dessert! My go-to is the Icy Grass Jelly Signature ($8.75), which comes with Grass jelly on top of a bed of grass jelly flavored shaved ice. It's topped with soft and chewy taro and sweet potato balls. They also give you a little half-and-half coffee creamer to add on top. We also ordered a Black Sugar Boba Milky Shaved Ice ($11.75) which came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, caramel pudding, boba, red bean, a separate container of boba in brown sugar syrup. It was tasty and a big enough portion to share amongst 2-3 people. There are lots of tables inside to sit at, and although I love their desserts, they are on the pricier end. Additionally, the workers are definitely understaffed - they are always so busy they don't have time to answer questions, and the wait for the desserts took more than 20 minutes. Everything is self-serve (including the kiosk to order at) and you have to bus your finished dishes back yourself as well. There are lots of parking spots in the garage underground. Overall, still one of my favorite places to get dessert as long as you're willing to wait and pay their prices.

I rarely leave any reviews especially bad one, the female server was pretty bad attitude, tried to ask question about the item and if I can order from the front counter because the self order kiosks are in used, she threw an answer "only self order" in a bad face that made me upset, wanted just leave but need to get it for my wife. I do business myself, I would never allow my employees serve customers like that, what a bad experience!

This meet fresh location is super spacious and perfect for a hangout spot. We went to try the Fresh milk with black sugar boba and the Wintermelon green tea with grass jelly. The Fresh milk was not overwhelmingly sweet. The Wintermelon green tea was also great and refreshing. The staff are fast and attentive. My only comment is the tables are not wiped and cleaned after customer use and are sticky, but overall, excellent service.

I stopped by on a Thursday evening & it was relatively busy, but nice, lively ambiance. I came to get some dessert w/ 3 other friends & we initially wanted to get a Taro Shaved Ice but they ran out of taro, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the service was slow and it took awhile to get our dessert. I didn't mind much since I was there to catch up with my friends, but definitely keep in mind if you are on a time crunch. The shaved ice itself was delicious & they gave us boba on the side so we can put it in ourselves along w/ a creamer. Shaved ice was nicely soft, sweet & boba was cooked well. There's vanilla ice-cream on top, red beans, a pudding, and we decided to add mochi balls to our order too. I enjoyed how well they went with each other. Perfect to share between friends & have a good time!

One of our favorite dessert place, lots of choices. We always take family and friends when they come visit us and they loved it. Ambience and very quaint! The only thing is yo the service is very slow. You always have to wait for long to get your food.

This is my favorite place to have some yummy Taiwanese dessert. My most favorite dessert from here is Grass jelly. It's so good! And I also ordered shaved ice for my kids, I got a medium size but it was HUGE. You can share it with 3 to 4 people. Brown sugar sauce was amazing. Not too sweet, just perfect. Ice cream was on top, and pudding was there too, my kids were so happy. 100% satisfied.

Stopped by for dessert on a Friday evening for the first time in a few years and not much has changed. Parking is always tough in the plaza on the weekends. Service is still just ok and quite slow even when they are less busy. There's plenty of seating but it always seems to fill up and the tables can be slightly sticky. My go-to's are the taro and grass jerky signatures. They've been consistent so far! Overall, the dessert is delicious but the rest of the experience is lacking.
